wait i have a question if ur cool with answering, im having trouble turning my files into cmyk like it says on their ordering page, any chance you didnt turn them into cmyk and thats why some of the coloring is strange/not what you expected? bc i wonder how much it matters before i dive into it or if i need to figure out how to change my files lol. btw your ocs are so cute??? i love them and thanks for the review it helped!!
All my files were CMYK. Like how different computer screens display color differently, printing on different materials will alter colors. They actually reached out to me and asked if I wanted them to redo them. I declined but they said we can request to see what the prints look like before shipping✨
