Is there any foreign media broadcasting 24/7 spreading their BS narratives in N.Korea? Is there any country controlling the financial, trade, and election of N.Korea?, you got the rest.

After how Ukraine has been treated i.e. pushed to devastating war, Koreans and Japanese must be uneasy about being dragged into a superpower conflict. Both nations will keep safely trading in the region and globally minus the anxiety of one day becoming proxies for US interests, which also divert vast funds on military assets that are effectively not in their national control.

It would be nice sometimes in the near future to address the issue of China's lack of intervention (interest?) in the ongoing crises around the world. This is particularly concerning given how China has been lecturing the US empire for not fulfilling its role as a major power, while China itself has at best made declarations. Long gone the early Mao days of helping populations fight imperialism and colonialism. I know V Prashad has provided some possible reasons but the discussion has remained very shallow.

The US government and mainstream media is not interested in the effect of war on the people of Korea, just as it is obviously not interested in the effects of wars for their own interests on the people of Syria, Iraq, Ukraine, Lebanon, Yemen, Libya to name but a few. And yet, they use ‘human rights concerns’ as a justification for starting wars that destroy people and their livelihoods. The US has still not shown any remorse for using atomic weapons on Japan. The US has still not shown remorse for using more bombs in Vietnam and Laos than was used in WW2. The US has yet to show any remorse for using depleted uranium munitions in Iraq. The US does not give a faaaark.

Imo N Korea, China, and Russia are a more formidable alliance to dominate E Asia than the US, S Korea, and Japan alliance is. NK, China, & Russia are directly connected w/ each other by land & have 3 times more people whereas the US has to sail or fly across the Pacific to transport equipment and personnel. NK, China, & Russia are all nuclear powers and have a tremendous amount of natural resources, and Russia is considered the top global military power (according to USNews) while China has the greatest manufacturing capability.
US doesn't want S Korea to get close to China and Russia because they don't want either to get a technological and economic boost from having good relations w/ S Korea, since the US considers this a threat to their own hegemony.

South Korea has always been geographically and politically at the crossroads of internal conflict and the forefront of the Cold War. It remains so to this day. The country is now a well-known democracy. This democratic system has allowed the inclusion of various ideologies, including communist socialism leaning toward China and North Korea. Yes, there are numerous spies and organizations, some even reportedly operating under government payrolls. These elements and their associated politicians have grown so influential that they pose a threat to the normal functioning of government-an issue not often visible to outsiders. President Yoon, believing that enough is enough, has decided to address these spies and communist supporters before the country plunges into paralysis. However, much of the international media, driven by sentiment or disinterest, either overlooks the reality or misrepresents it. As a result, audiences remain largely unaware of what is truly happening in South Korea

although samsung has vertically integrated chip manufacteuring the reality is that it is very much an globalized effort. if south korea does decide to politically align itself if china and north korea, they will lose both their manufacturing advantages and global customers. the only thing people outside korea will notice is the lack of LG, Samsung, and Hyundai/Kia products. the strategic partnerships that are critical to the US are Japan, Philippines, Taiwan, south east Asia, and central Asia.

Majority of Southeast Asia is politically aligned with China except Philippines LMAO and majority of Central Asia aligned with China And Russia. This is a cope post because US think tanks are panicking that South Korea might align with China and North Korea.
      Know your facts boy 😂🫵

The fact that South Korea is still hung up on the issue of Japan - for which the former publically apologized - speaks very poorly of Korean culture as a whole… ie being childish, petty and closed-minded. It’s time to move on, folks. South Korea has done similar atrocities in Vietnam and, guess what, they’ve long moved on. It’s time to stop being so petty and grow up. Half the planet has been colonized… South Korea came out on a much better end than most (infrastructure and the industrialization Japan has provided comes to mind). Korea was one of the most underdeveloped countries at a turn of the last century with majority of the population still living in clay houses with straw roof… pre-dating the medieval period living arrangements in many other parts of the world. Staying bitter and petty won’t get you far.

don't need to be reunited right away, that would be too chaotic. they need not be allies, but they don't have to be enemies. Koreans are united by heritage, we keep getting divided by malicious external actors.
