I respect you doing one hand closes and not that cringe thing where they put the gripper into their hands with than an inch of motion needed for the close. Great technique on some very difficult grippers
Most powerlifters can't even close the 250 or 300, you are a beast bro, your strength is really big, not anyone can close the 300 or even move the 350. hats off for u, incredible strength.
Switching between hammer curls and farmer carries are probably my favorite there's something satisfying about going back and forth until I can't do anymore. Thanks for the comment bro.
Nice work! Did you intentionally use TNS to close them? I need to get back to that too, it's a good way to strengthen that last difficult part of the close.
@@Rectyme I figured out you didn't know cause most likely you'd have mentioned it. Grippers are fun but can be very technical to close with different styles.
i know this is like extremely unlikely, but i cant stop imagining losing grip and the finish on the grippers ripping your fingernails off and it is making me cringe so badly haha.
Just closing 350 that amount is beyond impressive…keep it up!!! I can’t even do 200
wow thanks bro

Thanks man, I really appreciate the encouragement.
@@Rectyme if you had used your thumb you would have closed 300 or 350
@@kinggriffith386 I used my thumb didn't I? I closed the 300 it was the 350 I couldn't quite close.
grip strength stay the same level for a very long while, those are some strong closes too.
Damn u're strong, I'm stuck on 200
Thanks bro, I appreciate it. 200 is great keep going after it you'll be doing 300 in no time.
i'm 15, i can close 200 easily, and i've moved on to 250 and damn boy you closed that joint easily 🤯

Thanks man. You taught me something, I didn't know what TNS was I had to look it up but yeah that's how I've always done it.

Maybe u can do 350 with chalk and proper setup
I'll get to this one day
I recommend you get the GD Iron Grip 90, it is way better than the heavy grip grippers.
I'll check them out thanks for the comment bro.
You should get Captains of Crush.
Great job
Thanks bro
