It depends on the school, but I've heard that most don't really care about your score as long as you pass. It wouldn't hurt to reach out to the schools you're interested in and ask them though.
Hi. Unfortunately, a 138 is not a passing score, so my guess is that you'll need to practice some more to be fully prepared. The good news is that you still have some time before your test. Good luck!

I’ve got above 150 in all subjects do I have to reappear and get higher score for applying to universities
It depends on the school, but I've heard that most don't really care about your score as long as you pass. It wouldn't hurt to reach out to the schools you're interested in and ask them though.
