- I took a day trip to Pohang City in South Korea. Pohang is a coastal city on the east and where kdramas like Hometown Cha Cha Cha, Run On, and When the Camellia Blooms were filmed. I also visited other Pohang attractions. I recommend staying in a hotel for a night or hiring a driver to explore more places. I took a mix of taxi & buses, but it takes 1-2 hours just to get from north to south Pohang. I took the bus from Gyeongju to Pohang. 🚌 #pohang #southkorea #koreavlog

Ngl I visited Pohang initially to visit Hometown Cha Cha Cha filming sites, but there’s so many great attractions to visit! Really beautiful coastal city and water views are my favorite to travel for. I wish I had more time, but I’m so glad I went and would visit again. All locations listed in description box. 📸
Wow i just finished watching Hometown chachacha
Hope you enjoyed watching it! 📺
Hello! I plan to do this solo travel along the coast as well, and would you recommend just taking taxis everywhere, since the bus really seems sporadic?
Hi! Yes for travel throughout Pohang, just take Kakao taxis if you can to save time. Have fun!
Hey, have you made friends while visiting Korea? I travel on my own and was curious about how to find people to meet there.
hi! So far only with other fellow travelers or foreigners at concerts. If you'd like to meet locals I've heard language exchange events are a good place. There's always group tours, Seoul travel FB groups or on meetup .com depending on your interests.
hi i'm planning to do your itinerary. from gyeongju may i know what bus numbers you took? thanksss
Hi! I took two local buses to get from Gyeongju to Pohang. But it's easier to take the express buses from Gyeongju Intercity Bus Terminal where you buy tickets there for around 4,000 yen, then vice versa to get back to Gyeongju.
wow very nice content
Very cool! 😀
Hi, can I go from Busan to Pohang? because I will be in Busan, and I wanted to know if I can go and come back on the same day
I have the same query...
