Yea,i limited myself 5 guns per class and most of those are worse then the weapon i put on the list,like MPX and JS2.Also i put the UTS15 on the list that gun is a beast.
Aek and Famas are grea but not the best. An-94 is a weapon you should use on long range using the two bullet burst. You should probably replace the M93R witha Colt or a deagle and finally the F2000 is great and it is not really a grind getting it,it is actually really easy.
MG4 is a lot better. L96A1 is a lot better then Gol magnum because it has longer distance and a higher bullet velocity(speed) so i would advice you to use it. If you want to compare gun,use SYMTHIC,just type it in google and you can compare guns there if you want to find out which gun is better.
Gérard Neubauer most games get shotguns wrong (for balancing) shotguns accually work really well for long range hunting so they would be pretty op if the games got them right

I feel like the P-90 gets overlooked, that gun has some incredible accuracy for the fact that it's a PDW, plus a 51 round magazine means that you can shred 2-4 people without ever needing to reload. The first match I played with it on Operation Locker I went 56-16, it's a solid weapon. Definitely one of the better PDWs if not the best.

For me L86 in LMG Class Because as a person that already use L85 very often, i have easier time getting used to this LMG due to how close related those are

Ace 53 is pretty much a straight upgrade to the scar even though the scar is good. The sks is also one of the best though. For shots guns I like the 870 and spas a lot more than the uts.

M9? I favor the P226 over the M9 for the faster reload, and the M9's higher muzzle velocity doesn't mean much to me because I'll be using my pistol in close range 90% of the time, and it's only 30 m/s anyways.
I agree with the most part, but i do like the m249 more since the recoil (in my opinion) is better and i feel more comfortable, carbine: m4 if u know how to use it, its a beast. assault: m416/ace 23. pdw: ump 45 all day! And then just erease the 93r (i think its kinda weird to have a burst/fullauto even though i like going with the g18 for cqb situations
funny you mention the M4, it is my second best weapon. I do like it a lot, and it is very versatile, the hard pull right is to annoying for relaxing gameplay, only reason it wasn't my number one.
I actually avoid all of these weapons because using very popular/borderline OP weapons makes me feel cheap. Doesn't show a lot of talent to be good with stuff like the AWS or ACE 23.
But like, pdws shoot so fast that they melt through ammo and since they are not universal like they were in bf3, you cant use the support class ammo box anymore and to me, that killed the pdws idk. :\
Assault: L85A2 (Decent ROF and great accuracy. I go more by feel than stats though I do care about stats as the reload isn't ideal) Engineer: P90 (50 rounds in a mag + 900 rpm. Enough said!) Support MG4/PKP (200 rounds at 800rpm and 34 max dmg for the PKP! Both great lmg's) Recon: SRR-61 & GOL (SRR for beyond 400-500m and GOL for everything up to 300m/aggressive recon) Allkit: ACW-R (amazing ROF and good accuracy!), MK11 (overall versatile, not amazing at anything. I still hate all DMR's). Spas-12 (just looks badass and I do love the feel of a pump action shotgun. The way it should be!) Secondary MP443 (Just BC2/BF3 nostalgia, the best ones as far as stats go are the 93R/G18.)
I think SAR-21 should be best AR. I hate the ace 23and am terrible with it but tear shit up with the sar. I have a SQDM clip on my channel that's pretty ridiculous with it
Definitely not a good list in terms of effectiveness. Maybe you like it for various reasons, but I wouldn't be recommending it (except for the snipers).
Only thing I disagreed with was the shotgun choice, I love my remmy 870. Put on flechettes and full choke and it's basically a guaranteed one shot within 10-15 yards.

I personally love the G36C. It would be awesome if they added in the G36K, it would mix things up a bit and bring some competition to some of the best Assault Rifles on BF4
Personally some of my best streaks are gotten with the scar-h, I prefer the gun at pretty much any range because of it's high damage and good accuracy. I often get the better of enemies because they're dead in 3 or sometimes even 2 shots (when I can get some headshots). I don't think the gun is that excelent, but it's really good for my playstyle nontheless.
+Milan Henke Not really, there are no "best" weapons all round anymore. There are best at specific range, but not best overall. The ACE23 is the ultimate "does everything alright" gun, with 5 extra rounds. But take something like the SAR21, and you'll start losing consistently at 50+meters :)

I think they should add the 6x scope as a battlepack item for DMRs. It wouldn't cause other classes to snipe as effectively as the Recon as DICE fears it would, and it would make DMRs get an adequate effective range (between assault rifles and bolt-action rifles, which is their rightful place).
The scopes were originally in the game for DMR's. DICE said that during testing, the scoped DMR proved to slow down combat too much and not make the game play as intended. We will never see beyond a 4x scope for DMR's in BF4, sadly.
In my opinion the ACE23 and AWS are just overpowered noob guns. The SRR61 is for people who are too dumb to compensate for some bullet drop. Simon Bergmark The FAMAS has a lot of drawbacks in case you didnt know. A weapon isnt op because it is outstanding in one category but standard in many and good in one or two categories, like the ACE23 or the AWS. The M416 is standard in every category.
If you're good at controlling recoil there is no reason to use ACE 23 instead of AEK. Seriously if you'll give it some time and get used to that high vertical kick you'll find out it's surprisingly effective at range as well. Just don't burst fire it, not the way to go. But ACE is better balanced for sure, wish it wouldn't be so ugly to look at. As for DMRs I prefer the QBU. Very accurate, very low recoil. Just squad up and don't run at front line, play the support role. It gives a lot of suppression as well, very handy. Sniper rifle - same as Lvl, but I like GOL slightly more than SRR. Shotty - SPAS. The way it looks, sounds and it has very tight cone of fire. Better at range than other shotguns, but punishing if you're not accurate enough. LMG - it's tight between M60 and MG4. M60's biggest problem are the iron sights. They obstruct your view even if you'll put there a cobra, coyote or whatever you prefer. Very annoying. MG4 is a better weapon in my opinion, M60 is the cooler one. AWS is good but there's no way I'm going to trade slightly better recoil for extra 100 rounds. And it looks like a cock. Carbines - AK5C and ACE 52. PDW - same as lvl. But I like the P90 as well. Rubbish at most scenarios but it's a hip fire beast. Deadly at CQB.
Its good to use good weapons and i often do, but its important to remember to keep an open mind and try new weapons because the best weapon for somebody might not suit you well, while on the other hand you might enjoy and accel with a weapon of not as impressive stats because it suits your playstyle better. I find myself do 3x as good consistently with the pdw r than any other smg but i dont hear it recommeded as often. And as silly as it sounds i like to use weapons based off their asthetic looks, like i enjoy using unique bullpup weapons like the sar 21, aug, etc based off their unique looks and can do pretty well with them and sometimes dont wanna switch back to op weapons because it feels cheap and basic. Just keep trying new weapons and feel them out
ACE 23 = M16A3 basically... You can spray full auto without problems as stock, with two accessories becomes a laser beam. Well done, DICE: let's bring OP guns back.
Indeed the ACE 23 is OP as hell it is the M16A3 of BF4 they should nerf it cuz all the kids that have no recoil controll what so ever only use that stinking gun its annoying to get killed by that thing everywere
No mention of the M-TAR or ACE-52 for carbines? Both those guns are beastly for close quarters. Also, the M240B is still by far the best LMG for defense. Not sure how many people still bother with Rush, but there's no better gun to slap a bipod onto and just watch for the enemy with.

I know it's been 4 years but it's how soldiers in real life hold their guns with foregrips, they're still holding the grip but their thumb is up on the side of the gun causing slightly better accuracy and a more comfortable handle and stability of the gun, hope this clears things up and sorts out some people's frustration lol
M4? Personally my favorite because it's so under used. The burst fire mode helps for longer ranged kills and decent accuracy. I just love it cause everyone looks at the damage and personally I'm very versatile with it, 900+ kills. Pretty good gun for all classes. Nice vid btw
I never choose a weapon for it's stats it's all about the how it feels. LMG: PKP Pecheneg, Assault: L85A2, Sniper: SRR, Shotgun: 870 MCS, Sidearm: MP412 REX.
I personally find it's ALL about the feels. Even someone who likes how a gun handles can do well with the worst gun in the game (short of the gun literally doing 3 damage). I found that in a lot of games I play, stats only really matter when you can enjoy them.
I made my own little sub class for operation locker. It consists of support, type 88, smoke, flash, and ammo box. Your goal is to smoke and flash the area and just mow down the enemy. So over time, type 88 has become my favorite weapon.
I remember when I used to snipe people with the FAMAS and they would get pissed, calling me hacker and stuff like that.... When I sold my copy of battlefield 3 I ended up with 6 service stars for the FAMAS lol
SCAR H SV is my favorite DMR! It recks shit up and I prefer it in most situations in Conquest. If you have an Advanced Combat Optic Gunsight, and Angled Grip this will be your favorite DMR. Or maybe favorite gun...
Personally I think the ACE 53 SV might be better simply because of it's 25 rounds over the SCAR's 20. But, I like SCARs so much that I prefer it. It definetly is my favorite. As is the assualt rifle variant my favorite. Easily one of the best.
I find it funny how his "best" weapons are all the easiest to use. I understand if these are your "favorites" because they require less skill to use. But I don't think some of these are the best. For example, the ace 23 could easily be beaten by the Scar-H or the M416, or the SKS could be beaten by the SCAR-H SV. But whatever, you can't expect everyone to like the same guns you do.
Level just loves spam cannons. 93R, QBS, SKS. It's sad. I hate DMRs but the Mk11 is such much better in my opinion. And hands down Sw40 and 1911 are the best handguns. Then the scar-h or M16A4 are best ARs.
I have a suggestion for shotguns which works very well for me. The UTS-15 with any short range sight (I use the HD-33 sight), any laser sight (I use the Green Laser), full choke and Dart 12 Gauge. The power is excellent, the accuracy is great, it's capable at close range but most importantly, it's range at longer distance is brilliant which makes it one of the most versatile weapons on the game.
This is false actually.... The DLC guns are good to use. But none of the DLC guns have become the new OP weapon at all... Lvlcap explains the top guns DLC defiantly hasn't taken over... by far.

hmm, am i the only one that actually likes dmr's? especially with the sks i feel i just dominate almost anyone at medium range. i am pulling off ridiculously high kd games while still helping my team a lot. i do agree they aren't the best in close range, but with the sks having a great rpm accompanied with my pretty good trigger finger (on console) i can still win most gunfights if i get them on the chest
absolutely, something i noticed in pretty much any battlefield video is overanalyzing. I can use pretty much any gun in the game with no complaints, especially DMRs, theyre all good
I like DMRs but in a different way to how i did in BF3. In BF4 i feel very disadvantaged in close range or long range (300m+) but in medium range I find it easy to pin down and kill enemies. Whereas in BF3 i felt like the DMR (usually the M417) could do just about everything other than extreme sniping depending on what optic i was using.
The svd-12, SCAR and rfb are the only dmrs i use. I am shit with all the others. Is it me or has the m39 emr been nerfed? Oh how i miss that gun in BF3.

Ace 53 is pretty much a straight upgrade to the scar even though the scar is good. The sks is also one of the best though. For shots guns I like the 870 and spas a lot more than the uts.

M9? I favor the P226 over the M9 for the faster reload, and the M9's higher muzzle velocity doesn't mean much to me because I'll be using my pistol in close range 90% of the time, and it's only 30 m/s anyways.
I agree with the most part, but i do like the m249 more since the recoil (in my opinion) is better and i feel more comfortable, carbine: m4 if u know how to use it, its a beast. assault: m416/ace 23. pdw: ump 45 all day! And then just erease the 93r (i think its kinda weird to have a burst/fullauto even though i like going with the g18 for cqb situations
funny you mention the M4, it is my second best weapon. I do like it a lot, and it is very versatile, the hard pull right is to annoying for relaxing gameplay, only reason it wasn't my number one.
I actually avoid all of these weapons because using very popular/borderline OP weapons makes me feel cheap. Doesn't show a lot of talent to be good with stuff like the AWS or ACE 23.

Definitely not a good list in terms of effectiveness. Maybe you like it for various reasons, but I wouldn't be recommending it (except for the snipers).
Only thing I disagreed with was the shotgun choice, I love my remmy 870.
Put on flechettes and full choke and it's basically a guaranteed one shot within 10-15 yards.

I personally love the G36C. It would be awesome if they added in the G36K, it would mix things up a bit and bring some competition to some of the best Assault Rifles on BF4
Personally some of my best streaks are gotten with the scar-h, I prefer the gun at pretty much any range because of it's high damage and good accuracy. I often get the better of enemies because they're dead in 3 or sometimes even 2 shots (when I can get some headshots). I don't think the gun is that excelent, but it's really good for my playstyle nontheless.

+Milan Henke Not really, there are no "best" weapons all round anymore. There are best at specific range, but not best overall. The ACE23 is the ultimate "does everything alright" gun, with 5 extra rounds. But take something like the SAR21, and you'll start losing consistently at 50+meters :)
Actually, only one DLC weapon was listed and that was the AWS, and if you can't get that, I would say the M249 is a great alternative.

I think they should add the 6x scope as a battlepack item for DMRs. It wouldn't cause other classes to snipe as effectively as the Recon as DICE fears it would, and it would make DMRs get an adequate effective range (between assault rifles and bolt-action rifles, which is their rightful place).

The scopes were originally in the game for DMR's. DICE said that during testing, the scoped DMR proved to slow down combat too much and not make the game play as intended. We will never see beyond a 4x scope for DMR's in BF4, sadly.

The FAMAS has a lot of drawbacks in case you didnt know. A weapon isnt op because it is outstanding in one category but standard in many and good in one or two categories, like the ACE23 or the AWS. The M416 is standard in every category.

If you're good at controlling recoil there is no reason to use ACE 23 instead of AEK. Seriously if you'll give it some time and get used to that high vertical kick you'll find out it's surprisingly effective at range as well. Just don't burst fire it, not the way to go. But ACE is better balanced for sure, wish it wouldn't be so ugly to look at.
As for DMRs I prefer the QBU. Very accurate, very low recoil. Just squad up and don't run at front line, play the support role. It gives a lot of suppression as well, very handy.
Sniper rifle - same as Lvl, but I like GOL slightly more than SRR.
Shotty - SPAS. The way it looks, sounds and it has very tight cone of fire. Better at range than other shotguns, but punishing if you're not accurate enough.
LMG - it's tight between M60 and MG4. M60's biggest problem are the iron sights. They obstruct your view even if you'll put there a cobra, coyote or whatever you prefer. Very annoying. MG4 is a better weapon in my opinion, M60 is the cooler one. AWS is good but there's no way I'm going to trade slightly better recoil for extra 100 rounds. And it looks like a cock.
Carbines - AK5C and ACE 52.
PDW - same as lvl. But I like the P90 as well. Rubbish at most scenarios but it's a hip fire beast. Deadly at CQB.

Its good to use good weapons and i often do, but its important to remember to keep an open mind and try new weapons because the best weapon for somebody might not suit you well, while on the other hand you might enjoy and accel with a weapon of not as impressive stats because it suits your playstyle better. I find myself do 3x as good consistently with the pdw r than any other smg but i dont hear it recommeded as often.
And as silly as it sounds i like to use weapons based off their asthetic looks, like i enjoy using unique bullpup weapons like the sar 21, aug, etc based off their unique looks and can do pretty well with them and sometimes dont wanna switch back to op weapons because it feels cheap and basic. Just keep trying new weapons and feel them out

It always annoyed me from day 1
I know it's been 4 years but it's how soldiers in real life hold their guns with foregrips, they're still holding the grip but their thumb is up on the side of the gun causing slightly better accuracy and a more comfortable handle and stability of the gun, hope this clears things up and sorts out some people's frustration lol
M4? Personally my favorite because it's so under used. The burst fire mode helps for longer ranged kills and decent accuracy. I just love it cause everyone looks at the damage and personally I'm very versatile with it, 900+ kills. Pretty good gun for all classes. Nice vid btw

I personally find it's ALL about the feels. Even someone who likes how a gun handles can do well with the worst gun in the game (short of the gun literally doing 3 damage). I found that in a lot of games I play, stats only really matter when you can enjoy them.

I made my own little sub class for operation locker. It consists of support, type 88, smoke, flash, and ammo box. Your goal is to smoke and flash the area and just mow down the enemy. So over time, type 88 has become my favorite weapon.
My absolute favorite flank and spank weapon in BF4 is the 88. CBJ/MP7 and Saiga are locker favorites of mine as well.

I think the best Assault Rifle is the SCAR-H. That damage is awesome.

When I sold my copy of battlefield 3 I ended up with 6 service stars for the FAMAS lol
SCAR H SV is my favorite DMR! It recks shit up and I prefer it in most situations in Conquest. If you have an Advanced Combat Optic Gunsight, and Angled Grip this will be your favorite DMR. Or maybe favorite gun...
Personally I think the ACE 53 SV might be better simply because of it's 25 rounds over the SCAR's 20. But, I like SCARs so much that I prefer it. It definetly is my favorite. As is the assualt rifle variant my favorite. Easily one of the best.

I find it funny how his "best" weapons are all the easiest to use. I understand if these are your "favorites" because they require less skill to use. But I don't think some of these are the best. For example, the ace 23 could easily be beaten by the Scar-H or the M416, or the SKS could be beaten by the SCAR-H SV. But whatever, you can't expect everyone to like the same guns you do.
yeah i prefer the more risk reward weapons too, once you master them you can do alot better than with these easy to pick up weapons.
Level just loves spam cannons. 93R, QBS, SKS. It's sad. I hate DMRs but the Mk11 is such much better in my opinion. And hands down Sw40 and 1911 are the best handguns. Then the scar-h or M16A4 are best ARs.

I have a suggestion for shotguns which works very well for me. The UTS-15 with any short range sight (I use the HD-33 sight), any laser sight (I use the Green Laser), full choke and Dart 12 Gauge. The power is excellent, the accuracy is great, it's capable at close range but most importantly, it's range at longer distance is brilliant which makes it one of the most versatile weapons on the game.
Seems like nearly all the dlc guns have been deliberately 'buffed' to p*ss on those who have only bought the vanilla game! Pay to win eh?

This is false actually.... The DLC guns are good to use. But none of the DLC guns have become the new OP weapon at all... Lvlcap explains the top guns DLC defiantly hasn't taken over... by far.

especially with the sks i feel i just dominate almost anyone at medium range. i am pulling off ridiculously high kd games while still helping my team a lot. i do agree they aren't the best in close range, but with the sks having a great rpm accompanied with my pretty good trigger finger (on console) i can still win most gunfights if i get them on the chest
absolutely, something i noticed in pretty much any battlefield video is overanalyzing. I can use pretty much any gun in the game with no complaints, especially DMRs, theyre all good
I like DMRs but in a different way to how i did in BF3. In BF4 i feel very disadvantaged in close range or long range (300m+) but in medium range I find it easy to pin down and kill enemies. Whereas in BF3 i felt like the DMR (usually the M417) could do just about everything other than extreme sniping depending on what optic i was using.
The svd-12, SCAR and rfb are the only dmrs i use. I am shit with all the others. Is it me or has the m39 emr been nerfed? Oh how i miss that gun in BF3.

This is my list:
Assault Rifle- M16A4 (gotta have dem accuracy)
Carbine- M4 (Cmon, you gotta love these burst fire weapons)
Designated Marksman Rifle- SVD-12 (Big bad damage)
Shotgun- DBV-12 (A bit better than my previous favorite the SAIGA-12)
Sniper rifle- 338.Recon (I perform like Chris Kyle with this beast)
Sidearm- CZ-75 (I'm staring at you Compact 45, this weapon is bizarre with its speed and power)
LMG- PKP (Makes me feel like i stole Rambo's M60) I know there is the actual M60 bought its a god damn DLC weapon, or because of *drumrole please* DICE.

I've been killed by the 'AWS' on many occasions. That little bitch' has annoyed me too much, so from now on, I'll be using that OP LMG myself. #BewareOfTheMutz
