If your having a hard time then it might be your ram, because gta4 is a very ram intense game. i can play everything maxed except texture detail at medium on a 1920x1080 res, but thats only because my card is 512mb *detail at medium*. i know someone who can max it at a solid 150fps with a gtx560ti. i get about 80-120fps. im getting a gtx550ti soon. and if you dont have a quad core cpu that right there is the problem.

How many vehicles do you have in GTA 4?? can you "pimp your ride"?? can you play a lot of arcade games?? can you fly with a jetpack?? can you play 2 players mode in the same TV?? can you play on Casinos?? and more.... seems that u only want graphics...

Because its the in game local radio station, considering they also live in a city with a large russian immigrant population, plus you can change the radio stations at any time. Perhaps also the fact that he is constantly speaking serbian in the game to roman, and not russian with the russian people would be enough to suggest that he is not russian.
I am an avid fan of Rockstar Games, but the GTA series starting at Vice City to San Andreas to GTA IV was are just pure brilliant in my opinion. I buy every GTA game on the first day it comes on the market.
As windows7linux said, the whole game, including The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony reminds of "Pulp Ficiton" And this song is just beautiful, perfectly describing all the hypocrites, loonitacs, mafias, criminals etc. in this game love it

@lawl756 A guy told me that it was my processor and my grafics card. This is my PC: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits, Intel Pentium Dual Core 3.20 GHz, RAM 4 GB and my card is ATI Radeon HD 5400 1 GB. I read that as this game is pretty exigent, it's better to play with Intel Core 2 Quad. It'd be easier to buy a PS3 or Xbox 360 XD but anyway it's too damn expensive here.

I think they are all intimidating personally, Niko has that street-hardened criminal look, CJ is a gangster, Tommy Vercetti is a Mob employed gun for hire, and Claude was just a hired gunman.
