Definitely adding that Voldaren Thrillseeker to my Saruman, the White Hand deck. I'm trying to put as many fast Fling effects as I can in the deck to turn those huge armies into unblockable damage.
Seeing the Tom deck actually function is nice. When y’all are comfortable playing with it, it’ll go much quicker. The editing down shows the gameplay isn’t that bad, it’s just slow with the pilot resolving the unfamiliar list. Give him 50 games and he’ll be singing songs like Metallica.
Literally driving along in my car listening to this game alone and if someone looked over and saw me as this game was ending they would have seen me shaking my fist in the air in exhilaration as I exclaimed "yes... YES!!! YES!!!" Freaking love commander and i love this channel
No Bombadil list, sadness :( awesome game though, everyone popped off but I am gutted for Chris. It's heavy when you don't see your card draw or it gets answered when you do.
Tom Bombadil decks are the new Sliver and Shrine decks...They take forever...Samut on the other hand, I love. I have a list with her that's a Primal Surge list with only permanents.
Sagas have been my favorite addition to the game since I started playing back around Worldwake's release, and I've always been a lover of Enchantments and disliked how much support Artifacts get while Enchantments get so much less support and so much fewer dedicated sets. That Tom Bombadil showcase just reinforces my want to build him and have a Saga deck, despite the whole having to resolve all the Sagas ticking up every turn. Doing all that is, IMO, less than (or at most, on par with) the turns a lot of other combo decks take, especially Artifact combo decks. Additionally, ever since the Doctor Who cards were teased, I've now wanted to get a custom proxy/alter of Tom Bombadil as The Curator and put all the upcoming episode-sagas (the sagas that are each a representation of a particularly iconic episode or set of episodes of each Doctor, as well as several villains and other characters) into a single deck.
Did everyone choose their own permanents to keep off the Tragic Arrogance play? It seems like that's what happened, but I could be misinterpreting that play.
Shouldn't the Pumba's player have drawn several cards every time Ghostway flickered his board? Because the Great Henge's ETB trigger goes on even when not casting the creatures
There is more text to Yasharn than players can’t sacrifice. It says they can’t pay life or sacrifice non land permanents to cast spells and activate abilities. Sagas being sacrificed are part of the triggered ability resolving.
Incredible game. And the final turn was just a blast!!
Wow what a wild game. Really cool showing of nearly all the decks.
Definitely adding that Voldaren Thrillseeker to my Saruman, the White Hand deck. I'm trying to put as many fast Fling effects as I can in the deck to turn those huge armies into unblockable damage.
Great game! Good ole battlecruiser magic and Tom Bombadil to sing a song about
Thats my favorite part of Tom! I get to play even more Magic than everyone else lol
Those early ramp turns! 😂 so many lands!
Video was awesome! Was so cool to see yours and rhys's decks pop off. Wish I could see those decklists I'd love to try em 😂
Working on it!
That Xenagos and Voldaren Thrillseeker play to take out three players in the same turn was spicy.
Hey can you please not post stuff like this? It ruins the video when the first comment immediately spoils the ending.
@@21526i would recommend opening the comments at the end
It auto opens when you watch the video on your mobile device..
@@tomdrayden7776 I was watching on my phone. Literally the first thing I see after clicking on the video was someone saying how it ends.
Maybe just practice good etiquette. Put:

Awesome deck Andrew!
where are the Decklists? im most interested in seeing Tom Bombadil decklist since im brewing one myself 😊
Do you found It?
Do you have the deck list for Halana and Alena deck? @MTG Muddstah
What a win! Amazing. And great to see everyone ramping SO HARD! Not common on your channel
It was turn 4 and every player had at minimum 7 mana sources. Nuts
Turn 8 and only 1 player was below 40 life. By 1 point 😆
Would be nice to see decklists. Good game

1st 4 turns of everyone pretty much ramping. 😂
Wow, what a final turn
nice win Andy!
this finish was amazing!
3:48 samut has vigilance Odric never needed to tap right?
Showed the wrong Odric, It was Master Tactician that was played not Lunarch Marshall
@@TheChinksicanthank you I was wondering why he did not take 12 damage
GORGEOUS WORK

Working on it!
@@MTGMuddstah Im updating this video daily waiting for the decklists xD
@@NicoTownstill updating? Haha
As a Mardu player, seeing that much ramp that early in the game would've made me swaet bullets 😂
Is there a deck list for Halana and Alena?
Good game, but when are we gonna see that Magus Lucea Kane deck list 👀
Here you go bud! www.moxfield.com/decks/v-4Eb2nYxk62kMO2wvkSPg

Please link the Tom Bombadil Deck
The hot springs can only be activated once per turn sadly.
Nice win!
He never did update the deck lists did he?
Tom Bombadil decks are the new Sliver and Shrine decks...They take forever...Samut on the other hand, I love. I have a list with her that's a Primal Surge list with only permanents.
About how long does it take to resolve primal surge with a 100% permanent deck?
I’ve got a Samut deck too, built as keyword soup. Every creature has at least 3 keywords, tons of auras and equipments to make Samut absolutely insane

I believe he missed that round of triggers sadly. This was a long game fairly late at night. We aren't operating at peak.
Don’t think you can use the hotsprings more than once a turn.
Soooo much ramp at the start!
Did the players choose their own permanents for Tragic Arrogance?
Genuine question: Yasharn says player’s can’t sacrifice so would the sagas ticking to the final chapter be sacrificed?
There is more text to Yasharn than players can’t sacrifice. It says they can’t pay life or sacrifice non land permanents to cast spells and activate abilities. Sagas being sacrificed are part of the triggered ability resolving.
Awesome game!
38 seconds? new record.
I REALLY want this Tom Bombardil's decklist
I'd love to see Eric's decklist. I've always considered building Tom Bombadil
I dont think Eric got a beast token after you killed Sythis.
Green decks gonna green.
So funny how my meta has almost 0 green in it.
