He was living in their house. She moved out and left him and went to live in another house in another part of CT. The divorce was not final so who knows if he would have had anything left after it was over. He did have millions in debt and she wasnt bailing him out again.

He was totally in DEBT - over-extended and any money he had, was from the help of his in-laws. I think he was always going to take money from her - and then in the end he got so enraged at the fact that he was LOSING the court battles for custody of the children. I've seen what my uncle did when his wife of 20 years left him, even though he neglected her and his kids and had multiple mistresses. The fact that SHE would dare leave HIM? He wasn't having it and he made her life hell and put fear into her. Thankfully he never attacked her but he did stalk her and let her know he was watching her at all times. If she had taken all the money and his business, I have no doubt that he would have done far worse.

I used to think that until I noticed, all of the bloody clothes, that were cut off of her. WHY ? Did he put her in a freezer and then a chipper ? the clothes would have messed up the blades of the chipper. She was likely naked, with hands and feet tied together to make it easier to feed the machine. I can almost "see it" and it is creeping me out. Some guy did that, years ago, to his wife and all that was found to ID was a finger nail. They got the bastard who had done that. That nail was enough to find him guilty. They have nothing of Jennifer's body, just the bloody clothes to show, it belonged to her and she did not run away. That should have been enough to send Dulos to the chair. That Dragonis woman should not walk away, free. She knew........what a strange ride, to be in a truck, with the bloody clothes of a woman who was in her way. How can she not know ? They lived together......she knew every move he made.

What is awful is Fotis tried to frame one of his workers (Pawel Gumienny) by using his company truck on the day of the murder and it so happened that the worker was working at a nearby construction site on the day of the murder. Then Fotis told him to get rid the seats and get news one but the worker felt something was off so he kept the seats just in case. Fotis even cut his hair like the worker..... Michelle and Fotis are both screwed up individuals.

Different states have different attitudes, towards the response of crimes. I think Kissinger's father was a person who had clout over the case. His daughter is a geologist who was responsible for these oil containers......She was not going to look like a woman , complicit to kill a pregnant mother, and her 2 little girls. It was obvious during that interrogation, (when the father was present ) , she was protected. Well there is no statute of limitation on murder, so who knows when this case will be re-opened ? when we hear another story from Chris Watts ? I think it is imminent, unless someone manages to shut him up, for good. Very possible.

They found Fotis Dulos DNA in bathroom sink of Jennifer’s Home and multiple other places . I don’t believe they found Michelle’s . I don’t think she was with him when he killed Jennifer. Fotis had parked his company car down the road and used a bike to get to Jennifer’s house !!!! I think she just helped to try to cover it up after the fact .

She was pretty fluent when she told detectives that Jennifer had “borderline personality disorder”…detectives set her straight in that interview and asked her who said she had BPD, guess who, yeah Dulos. I don’t think she believed him, most likely together they made it up to make it look like Jennifer left and abandoned her children.

Pretty interesting that the body was never found but these items are disposed off all ove town and on camera! You would think it would be easier to throw out a few items discretely than to make a body disappeared…
Listened to the podcast of a crime investigator the other day. He has speculated that Jennifer Dulos's body was dismembered. He stated that typically if the body is dumped intact, rarely is clothing removed, however, when the murderer decides to scatter body parts, they almost always remove the clothing. And from the looks of the blood on the bra shown in court yesterday, it appears as though Jennifer completely bled out. Blood on everything- bra, shirt , ponchos ( which I suspect Fotis wore to protect his own clothing)

I understand that tomorrow in court they will show the videos of the interviews police conducted with Michelle Troconis. This will actually be very interesting evidence, as we have periodically heard that Michelle doesn't understand the English language very well. Please watch how quickly she responds to the questions being asked by the police, how she never asks them to clarify or define any words used, or ask for a translator while the interview is being conducted. That to me folks, indicates someone who does have basic comprehension of the English language. It should also be noted that when the nanny testified, she indicated that she conversed with Ms. Troconis in English, while the Dulos family was on vacation in Miami. She stated that Ms. Troconis was able to communicate with her, with no difficulty. I have no doubt her attorney plans to bring this topic up later on in the trial. Only thing he needs to explain to me is why isn't she still wearing the earbuds that connect her to her translator, like she was the first day of trial? And when she leans over to speak to one of her attorneys, how does she understand them, when they respond, without a translator? Do I think Michelle Troconis was physically present when Jennifer Dulos was murdered ? No. Do I believe that Michelle Troconis knew by the afternoon of May 24, 2019 that something very bad had happened to Jennifer Dulos, and that her boyfriend Fotis was involved? YES. Let's keep in mind that Ms. Troconis helped Fotis write his alibi timeline for the 24th of May, that she was in the vehicle with him when he was dumping Jennifer's bloody clothes, AND that she accompanied Fotis to have the Toyota Tacoma detailed and cleaned just days after Jennifer disappeared. This was the vehicle Fotis used to drive to New Canaan on May 24th.While you may not be able to convict her on the conspiracy charge, she is most definitely guilty of hindering prosecution and tampering with evidence. Instead of gazing all starry eyed at her "Greek God", she should have had her a*s on the phone to the state police, that day, telling them all she knew.
I was called down to the Italian police station (minor incident) and at the end of the interview I had to put three signatures on a document agreeing that the police were correct in defining my high level of spoken Italian and comprehensive listening abilities matching a proficiency level, that of a native ... I agreed and signed as I knew this was correct. I also had to sign that there was no need to call in an interpreter due to this fact. I readily agreed. Now I understand why they had me sign that.

No doubt that both Ms. Troconis and the Dulos attorney - Kent Mahwinny , thought the murder case died with Fotis. What a surprise that must have been for them. Looking forward to the portion of the trial where Kent Mahwinny testifies, now that he's state's evidence. That will be a must-see day of testimony
so i was wondering what kind of weapon was used in this case. I wasn't sure if it was the gun that Fotis had gotten in the marriage. i heard that somewhere, but the amount of blood that was found inside that garage, i was really wondering what the evidence that was recovered from all of the locations around town was recovered. But apparently a knife was used inside the garage against jennifer. so, i really want to hear more about what investigators know where her body may have been put, because that is so crazy that they cannot even find her body at all. and have all of what we see to be video evidence of him getting rid of evidence, but what can we find in the videos of times and place he went it hide jennifers body or put her. but at the end of all of this. The little kids are so sad that there parents are gone. this is one messy crime, and so so cruel.
I did not understand the necessity for Dulos to take these bloody clothes off Jennifer. WHY ? if he was going to bury her, why take her clothes off ? I am thinking maybe he put her naked, frozen body into a chipper. That would make sense to me. He evidently had dug a hole but decided not to use it. Where is her body ? likely, put in a " grinder" and by now, long gone , having fed wildlife. Nothing could be found and it could be why miss Dragonis has a confident smirk on her mug. Jennifer's body does not exist. That is my intuition. Who would have had a freezer and a chipper ? Who did Dulos know, who had these things ? Maybe he had a freezer in his garage........what about the chipper ? Lots of gardeners/ tree trimmers have these things......
What real explanation could be given for a love interest driving you around to trash cans/ sites? " hey, lets not have sex today or do something fun. Let's go check out all the trash cans and see how many we can find." wtf

@@AryoArio I must agree and I get the same feeling. However I did not follow the case very closely so can’t really say exactly what all the evidence was that convicted her. My original comment was that if throwing away some trash was all had, then I would have thought any half decent defence lawyer would have had the case thrown out.

Oddly enough, Jennifer wrote that draft several years before the Gone Girl book was published. And I don't believe that theory. In my opinion, she took more crap from him than she should have, and was much kinder to a soon to be ex spouse than I would have been. No, even from a distance , it's easy to see the only person Fotis loved was Fotis, and he just flitted from rich woman, to richer woman so he wouldn't have to support himself. Bet very few know, he never actually owned the homes he & Jennifer lived in . They were model homes for his business, and once they sold, he & Jennifer would relocate to the next vacant home he built. And there was never a dime of his money contributed to his business. Jennifer's father loaned him the initial 1.5 million to start the business, soon after he & Jennifer married. He was a gigolo, and he preyed on an introverted woman who saw his attention as love. He was still married to his first wife when he & Jennifer met, and I'm sure once he found out how wealthy Jennifer's family was, he dumped his first wife like a hot rock. Just recently learned that he & Jennifer married only a couple of weeks after his divorce from his first wife was final. Guess he couldn't wait to get his hands on the big $$$$
