LOL Top of the World indeed. Beautiful scenery with all that fall foliage. Come here to Colorado and travel through the highest navigable road in Colorado, (Mt. Evans) Mount Blue Sky Scenic Byway, which reaches 14,140 feet. Better yet, stop by the house and we'll take you over the Oh My God Road.
That! Was awesome 🤩. Thank you for taking on the trip with you. Now I want o go there in person. I am not a hiker by any means but I am a person that loves nature and historical sites
Thanks Aaron and Liz for sharing your lovely day trip with us, just beautiful. Living in Virginia I have been to the Shenandoah Mountains several times in my lifetime and especially this time of year the foliage is breath taking. Like Liz, being afraid of Heights kinda spoiled it for me but still beautiful. ❤
Fabulous video, Aaron! So many great picture taking opportunities! 📷 I did the drive many years ago. I’m glad I was a passenger this time, not the driver. 🙃
Wow the colors are awesome. I was fortunate to be there in October 1989. Had never seen colors like that before. Ok I am dizzy going down 🫣. Thanks for this video 💜❤️
Love the trip, thank you for sharing it with us. I lived in southern New Hampshire for several years but never made it to Mt Washington. Loved the area, very much like where I lived/live, loved the colors in the fall and the milder winters they had compared to where I call home.
Thanks Aaron and Liz. This made me relive my years living in Southern New England and all the fall foliage trips we enjoyed. I love the mountains and summer time but not so much the snow.
My daughter and SIL lived in Pelham n h . I visited, and we went there . I think they went skiing down the mountain. I think they went skiing down the mountain!
There is a ton of history in the Mt. Washington area. On the other side from the auto road is the beautiful Mt. Washington Grand Hotel and the Cog Railway. That is a really interesting place. Thanks for your trip video! Found you through Arms Family Homestead.
Mountains are just so different. I've been in the Colorado Rockies back in the early 70s on a ski trip. Crazy up in those elevations. You have to adjust to the altitude knocks yag for a loop 😛 Thanks for the ride along. I wish I was able bodied. I would love to see the Weather Observatory up on the summit in person. (Weather nut here wanted to be a Weather"man' when I was a kid in the 1950s). I just find all that "atmospheric conditions" stuff fascinating. Those hairpin turn roads are something else.😅🤪❤️
I have never made that trip but am fortunate to live next to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are not able to make our annual trip this year due to the extensive damage from Helene. We always stay a couple of nights at the Pisgah Inn, a nice getaway. It is a beautiful place. We will be back next year. Thanks for sharing this ♥
Beautiful at the top, but, I’m like Liz, don’t like heights, especially on a mountain road at 6000 ft with no guide rail, yikes. Gorgeous colors on the trees.🌲
Thanks for sharing the great video, Aaron. New Hampshire is spectacular in the fall. The year I went to the summit, it was 32 degrees, sunny, and perfectly clear. We could see the whole Presidential Range. If I can go again, I think I'd like to ride the Cog Railway.
Wow that was breathtaking!! So beautiful up there. I can sympathize with Liz on the heights thing, reminds me of Colo. mountains. Thanks for the awesome scenery! 😊💜
Next year come to the Berkshires Mount greylock it's a beautiful mountain s there's a campsite up there too it's not that far from you I live in Pittsfield Mass
Hey now, wasn't that amazing? I took Mini Moo up, via the cog rail in june '22...and it was snowing! Soon after y'all were there, the snow hit! Thanks, as always, goat guy! BTW, we did goldschlager shots behind the house by the weather vanes.. 😂
Did that drive and will never again even though it was stunning. Great job and bravery shown.
Beautiful scenery! Glad you had a day away together.
Thanks, Aaron and Liz. Lovely scenery. 💚💙🧡
Thanks for sharing your experience on Mt. Washington.❤️
WOW!! Beautiful. Thank you for sharing 💜😎🍁🍂

Wow, that needs to go on my bucket list x
Thank you Aaron and Liz for sharing. The scenery is spectacular. Did it many years ago but could not do it now . . Terrified of heights 🍁🍁
Loved that, but definitely one I enjoyed more from my armchair lol. I would have found the cracks in the precipice roads a bit nerve wracking!*! 🤣💜

Beautiful! But as you were driving up, I was already terrified of the ride down!
Oh wow amazing scenery.

That was cool. Coming down was kind of like a roller coaster ride. Thanks for sharing that special moment. Love you guys!! 💜💜

The trees look just as pretty at the bottom of the mountain. I don’t do heights
Wow!! Absolutely gorgeous!! I'm glad you and Liz had a great time. Thank you for sharing. Beautiful!💜😊🍂🍁

Stunning, beautiful scenery!! 💜💜
Wow! What a beautiful place. The ride down was scary! Thanks for the views!❤😊😊
I get car sick so I couldn't watch all of the trip coming down. I had to put my hand over the screen, but still enjoyed it.
Sorry about that. We should have put a warning up at the beginning!
Wow!
Beautiful
Beautiful, except I was getting alittle sick on the way down
Just like Trail Ridge Road I believe here in CO🤪🫶

Omg no guard rail. Nope not going. Lol. Nope.
Awesome trip. My question is why no guard rails on that road?
Good question!
Beautiful
