Thanks for sharing, actually I think the point is that your original plant got too much sun, so it turned yellow or brown on the top part of leaf but the the base of leaf is still greenish, so you do not have to make it so complicated, all you need to do is just to relocate your plant to a relative shade area, then it immediately turn to greenish, it always works for my aloe vera. 😂

I have aloevera plant from past 1 year and it was very healthy and green but i started watering it everyday along with other plants and saw somewhere u do not need to water it everyday so i kept it in sun light one day and now it's rooting 😒.. I'll surely try it and let you knw...
One suggestion for all...please don't tie aleovega. Bcos i have tried that too but it turned out that its chlorophyl dont reach upper part & it get yellow from above side. But the best part is if u open that after some days, u can see its green colour(chlorophyl) going up within a minute.

Thanks for this, nwys, I want to share that u can use SURGICAL FACE MAsk To bind the aloe vera, haha I had 3 aloes now tied, haha. Because it was delicate and I have no lemon grass to use, it worked
One time I uprooted an aloevera from it's pot because it had turned brown and I needed the pot to plant something else..........the Aloe the was originally planted in the pot was just lying on the surface of soil..........while watering other plants the Aloe also got some water and turned green in just 2 days
I think you have to consider the climate. I don’t know if that’s going to happen here in Vancouver but there I imagine it’s a whole different kettle of plants ;)

Usually aloevera does not require this much amount of water.........you can try repotting the plant with fresh soil.......right now maybe your soil has too much sand in it so all the water drains out

1. Although red soil doesn't hold much moisture which helps in preventing rot in Aloe plant but it is also low in nutrients and considered as poor growing soil So use normal garden(alluvial) and sandy soil mix for better results. 2. Sunlight is good but too much direct sunlight is not.It will dry out the plant , that's what happened with the plant in the beginning of the video.

I find very hard to believe that it only took 3 to 5 days to revive like that.

What you're doing is not completely advisable but if there is no problem and your plant is healthy then let it be the way it is.

Thin leaves happen because they use their own gel to make roots plus if they have roots then it's a sign that they need more water hope this helps

So you are using a dry clay like sand? Is it better then real dark soil packed with nutrients?
