No verification of the 4 day battery life and no mention of music storage....Maybe spend a little more time actually using the device before making the review.
She Plans 4 day battery life confirmed . Sometimes 5 days depending how you use it. Charges super quick too (100% when I just one day decided to charge it while I showered).
That's finally a new fitbit watch that actually resemble unreleased Pebble Time 2 Steel I was hoping to get before Pebble went bust. If I already didn't have Huami Amazfit Pace, I would definitely give it a go. Thanks for vid
1.TransReflective screens are good thing, but colours are really washed out. 2. Yeah this thing should have a little bit bigger to allow 7 days battery life, which I would be totally happy with even if I have to turn my wrist to check it.
I actually really like that there's no GPS. In the age of data mining, security concerns, and all that...I appreciate a smart device that doesn't track my every location. I'll have to research into the Fitbit privacy policy to see how my health data is used.
Got the versa recently and just realizing now that there is no bedtime reminder which is a slight pet peeve for me but overall it’s been pretty ok. I bought a barely used one from Facebook marketplace but the battery is ok. Charged it on Saturday night and it is Monday night 50%
Processors on smartwatches have to get better. Wish the animations were smoother. That's probably the last frontier in smartwatches since their tracking tech is really good already.
Wait you used it for 2 works outs, and you then slap review label on this? Sloppy work here, was interested in the item but was keen on knowing battery. Sorry that comment just makes me question how you guys do reviews. Unsubscribing...
Two things: Why did Fitbit abandon Pebble's OS and community? Pebble's watches were great and this watch doesn't replace what Pebble did well. And why the hell does this thing run at 10 fps? Computers 30 years ago running at 33mhz ran at 60 fps. This is completely unacceptable.
So after 2 days of wear, I returned it. Great design, light, great features but one single deal breaker flaw: half the time when you look at your watch the screen doesn't turn on so you can't tell the time. A watch that fails to show you the time isn't a watch.
I returned my Fitbit Versa after a weeks use. The step count is completely off, please review this issue before purchase. I’m not sure why this review did not pick this up.
I just want a fitness tracker with a screen that shows heart rate and is suitable for swimming. Are there any watches aside from this one that do this a bit cheaper?
Not sure why every reviewer keeps mentioning around the design similarly with Apple Watch, which is not quite the case IMO. Fitbit Versa actually takes the design aesthetics from Pebble Time Steel.
Mine stopped working just after 2 years of use. Contacted support they sent me a 30% discount code. Which sounds like they know the watch only lasts for 2 years. I'd not buy a 200$+ watch which only works for 2-3 years. Quick search confirmed that lot of customers are having same issue.
Jose A. I have yet to fing a reviewer that says that this is the true successor to the pebble time steel, not a copy of the Apple watch. They even kept the same aspect ratio as pebble... And the bezels... 🤦
This is the pebble time steel upgrade all pebble fans were waiting for. This is not a copy of the apple watch. They use the same casing and aspect ratio of the pebble time steel and even kept the huge bezels. Keeping those bezels ~3 years after... No.
i want to like it but i miss pebble. they have it they should use it... the e ink was great! it was always on and battery was like 5 or 6 days. it was a developer driven market so there where so many choices for free watch heads and apps... this one is so limited
Don't buy this product. The screen is extremely fragile and will break easily and fitbit doesn't take any responsibility. I had mine for less than 2 weeks when it broke and they won't replace or repair it.
DONT buy a car!! I had one for two weeks and I crashed and now they wont replace or repair it. Toyota doesn't take any responsibility. It will break easily!
DONT BUY Glass plates! Glass plates break easily and are extremely fragile. I had my plate for about 2 hours and then it broke. I contacted the manufacturer support and they said there isnt anything they can do. DONT BUY GLASS PLATES
too much ionic at the beginning... i thought i clicked on the wrong video
Me to
Same here. I skipped forward to make sure.
This!
Yes!
Same here

As a privacy nut, I'm actually glad to hear it has no GPS tracking!
Why is the first minute of this "review" devoted to reviewing the core features of an entirely different product?
because the versa is basically the same product with a different case
"Fitbit Versa Review"
*Spends 1/5 of the video time talking about Fitbit Ionic..*
Needs gps
That's finally a new fitbit watch that actually resemble unreleased Pebble Time 2 Steel I was hoping to get before Pebble went bust. If I already didn't have Huami Amazfit Pace, I would definitely give it a go.
Thanks for vid
Dominik Zabicki Exactly what I thought. This is the fitbit pebble we've been waiting for.
not really... need that always on display
1.TransReflective screens are good thing, but colours are really washed out.
2. Yeah this thing should have a little bit bigger to allow 7 days battery life, which I would be totally happy with even if I have to turn my wrist to check it.
Looks a little wider than Time 2 would’ve been. Thankfully my Time 1 is still going strong, so can probably hold off until next gen.
This i waithing for so long something similar to my pebble time
Man, I miss Pebble. I have yet to find a smartwatch that fits my style like the Pebble did.
Paveway42 try the Amazfit Bip 😉
I'm still using a pebble.
I am still using my Pebble Time Round. It works like a charm
Triggy Trolls I too.
Still rocking the pebble time too

not sure why you’re talking about the ionic so much..thought i clicked the wrong video
can you please suggest an affordable smartwatch(speaker+microphone+bluetooth call) with a good battery life? thanks
But will it be able to tell time?!
no, you have to pay extra for that and only after a promised future update.
youre joking right? watches dont tell the time
Obviously not!!!! Fitbits are for fitness. I have the Versa and you have to download a separate add on for the time availability.
the add on is on sale
😂😂😂😂😂
...missing the GPS feature, built in, wish it had that + a talk-to-text option
I thought this was a versa review, not a head to head battle with it's predecessor
Processors on smartwatches have to get better. Wish the animations were smoother. That's probably the last frontier in smartwatches since their tracking tech is really good already.
Interface looks clunky and slow while swiping.
Wait you used it for 2 works outs, and you then slap review label on this? Sloppy work here, was interested in the item but was keen on knowing battery. Sorry that comment just makes me question how you guys do reviews. Unsubscribing...
Chris Kernaghan Thanks for the encouragement. 😆
Rizknows had a good review on this device
Tnx

I upgraded from my blaze to this. Worth it
So after 2 days of wear, I returned it. Great design, light, great features but one single deal breaker flaw: half the time when you look at your watch the screen doesn't turn on so you can't tell the time. A watch that fails to show you the time isn't a watch.
turn on the auto motion
It look like apple watch? It resemble with Pebble time 2 steel .
I have the Fitbit 2 I like it but it never tells me when my battery is low.
Is it good I might buy it?
I returned my Fitbit Versa after a weeks use. The step count is completely off, please review this issue before purchase. I’m not sure why this review did not pick this up.
the fitbit logo is such a huge mistake. the screen gain bezel and reduce it's height
WIlliam Darko ikr! Looks so stupid!
Have you tried adding music to the watch? That's the one part that gets on my nerves about the Ionic.
I have the periwinkle band and Rose gold case and I looooove it!!!! it's so comfortable and I'm so glad that I got it for Christmas!!
You forgot about the music upload onto the device...
NightNinjaJay that was said in the beginning of the video
NightNinjaJay slow as hell
Do you have to download the app?? Or can you use it without your phone?
Great review! Thank you for giving all the specs in one video really appreciate it. I’m now going to purchase this
hi,are you interested for the fitbit versa leather bands for free to test?
I have the Fitbit flex right now, is this a good investment/upgrade?
Just bought the Versa, it is worth it
Does this fitbit has 24 hrs hearthrate monitoring?
kabayangila Yes, all fitbits from the Charge HR to the Versa have 24/7 monitoring.
I believe the Versa will even measure HR when swimming.
Yes
I just bought an Ionic for $220 I didn’t even know the Versa was a thing. But compared to the $300 in stores I’ll take it! Gotta love ebay!
Looking for a good runningwatch and thinking for a fitbit Or a Garmin !
Does this still get updated
But will it still tell time??
Looks more like the Pebble Time Steel 2 than the Apple Watch, don’t you think?
Completely true. I am still have my Pebble Time Round. It works like a charm
Donald Gonsalves they should do pebble time round 2. That's what I'm waiting for
Pretty sure Fitbit actually bought pebble
Did the Fitbit absorb pebble platform whole for the software developer?
Does this watch indicate automatically if heart beat suddenly goes down or up ????
Well now I know never to trust your reviews. You used it for what? Like a day?
I just want a fitness tracker with a screen that shows heart rate and is suitable for swimming. Are there any watches aside from this one that do this a bit cheaper?
i like this watch ,you guys like this watch ?
is it water proof?
Not sure why every reviewer keeps mentioning around the design similarly with Apple Watch, which is not quite the case IMO. Fitbit Versa actually takes the design aesthetics from Pebble Time Steel.
This is my favorite watch,I’m definitely getting it for real,it really rocks hard man!!!
hi,are you interested a leather bands for fitbit versa for free to test ?
Is it compatible with my X if so I might get it it looks better than the Apple watch
You mentioned in May with the versa we will be able to reply to messages?
But it tracks the oxygen in blood, they still have to unlock that in the ionic right?
nxel2 it's also locked in this fitbit as well
I don’t get with ionic how it can show photos in the activities app but can’t see photos in WhatsApp and Facebook messenger !?!?
@engadet
Where can we get the pink colour.
Can someone tell me how to check my total lifetime steps with this
Have always display on?
How much?
why does the OS seem to be laggy?
It doesn't look like an iwatch.....it looks like a Pebble, which Apple ripped off!
Peter Kilburn umm no
It's a square... How much creativity does that require? And I'm a Pebble fan for what it's worth.
Fitbit bought Pebble.
''It's a square... How much creativity does that require? '' xD thats so funny
NFC is missing?
Wow you spent the first minute talking about a totally different product. I don't think product reviews are your strength....
Is it OLED?
But it looks like it's kinda laggy. That's a major deal breaker for me
Bee Cee my cheap gear fit 2 doesn't lag. I guess I'll wait for another wearables.
I doesn't look laggy
Not one mention or example of it being waterproof??!
I’m thinking about getting it
What is your clock face called??
Waiting until May
I must carry my phone to have GPS? That is a deal breaker.
Beautiful watch I was going to buy but Fitbit lost me as a customer by not putting gps
I love my versa so much!!
Heeeey..
Where do you get the chain bracelet, have only seen rubber and fabric :/
Jan Christian Frodahl Amazon have lots
need that always on display before I give up my pebble time
Mine stopped working just after 2 years of use. Contacted support they sent me a 30% discount code. Which sounds like they know the watch only lasts for 2 years. I'd not buy a 200$+ watch which only works for 2-3 years. Quick search confirmed that lot of customers are having same issue.
Love that design that last model I got was the blaze, I think I might try this one out!
Review the relax feature
I'm intrigued by this, but I see a lot of jitter and input lag.
Finally they are using the pebble's style and ideology!!!
Jose A. I have yet to fing a reviewer that says that this is the true successor to the pebble time steel, not a copy of the Apple watch. They even kept the same aspect ratio as pebble... And the bezels... 🤦
Looks beautiful
We already got OS 2.0 on the ionic
Versa doesn't looks like Apple Watch. Pebble was aquired by Fitbit and versa is the result of that.
Is this about the ionic or versa? Make up your mind endgadget.
The ionic is kinda like the fitbit surge 2.
This or Apple watch series 1?
Can I use Spotify premium on it? Does anyone know?
Why do people always compare to the Apple Watch? Apple and Fitbit aren’t even aiming at the same audience.
This is the pebble time steel upgrade all pebble fans were waiting for. This is not a copy of the apple watch.
They use the same casing and aspect ratio of the pebble time steel and even kept the huge bezels.
Keeping those bezels ~3 years after... No.
Can you make phone calls with it?
Ionic looks way cooler
i want to like it but i miss pebble. they have it they should use it... the e ink was great! it was always on and battery was like 5 or 6 days. it was a developer driven market so there where so many choices for free watch heads and apps... this one is so limited
I have the rose gold versa!
Doesn't have the voice notification response of my 18-month-old Pebble 2...sad.
why not review Xiaomi Amazfit Bip and Amazfit pace . they are cheap and work amazing
Can I pay from it
2:46 annnnnnnnnnnnooooooyyyyying punch movement
Google maps coming to watch ever?
Looks cool even my dad agrees
Looks great
i wouldve kept my smart watch but heart rate gets inaccurate when i lift weights.
DOES IT RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES??????????????????????????????????
Don't buy this product. The screen is extremely fragile and will break easily and fitbit doesn't take any responsibility. I had mine for less than 2 weeks when it broke and they won't replace or repair it.
DONT buy a car!! I had one for two weeks and I crashed and now they wont replace or repair it. Toyota doesn't take any responsibility. It will break easily!
Elias Perez lol
This thing is awesome but I only use mine for exercising. I bought the special edition for the cool band.i would definitely buy a screen protector.
DONT BUY Glass plates! Glass plates break easily and are extremely fragile. I had my plate for about 2 hours and then it broke. I contacted the manufacturer support and they said there isnt anything they can do. DONT BUY GLASS PLATES
@@EliasPerez-cf5gp you're stupid. she was just giving us a warning.
I do not think women want a technology company selling your ovulation data to other companies.🤔
Not bad but no GPS is a deal breaker. I'll stick with my Garmin Vivoactice.
The versa 1 looks so old compared to the versa 3
I would wait on buying this watch, as it seems overpriced for what it does and doesn’t do.
