But hey, I’d called it. But I made 2 calls and so far 1 came true - in movies and in games, where there are twins or siblings, rule of thumb, 1 of them dies. It is cliche.
But maybe there is something to the chainsaw thing wolf said. If you look at Carl’s body closely, he wasn’t eaten. He had a slash across his gut and his legs were CUT OFF. There were no bite marks on his body. And both Ashley and Edgar say the same thing, “He will hear me”, and “He’s here!” Not “It will hear me” and “It’s hear.” So maybe there is a guy running around with a chainsaw. The hotel gardener?

That boss fight reminds me of when you were fighting the frozen zombies in After the Fall. You have manage a tough enemy while reloading and stuff. Plus, that ending! Bleh, at least the attention to detail was really, really good.
The bullet holes in the zombies, the exploded heads from the shotgun and the viscera from that aftermath. It's still a bummer it's so short.
The last octopus looked like it was down the long hallway during the running scene on the right side of the hall. I loved watching and hope there's going to be more :D

Out of curiosity, if you hadn't gone for the sister characters floor, could you have explored the other floors? Or does the elevator take you straight to the end dialogue?
You can only use the elevators go to the floors that you've already explored in the game, basically the basement, floor 1, 2 and 3. For the other floors the buttons are broken, that's because those floors haven't actually been made yet by the Game Devs and it's being saved for the sequel they're making.

I'm legitmately floored the cliffhanger ending trope still hasn't died out in video games considering how universally hated they are. They only really work in a satisfying way for TV shows.

Wolf, I have played that type of boss battle before twice to three times while playing the Tomb Raider games where you have to stand still in front of a wall and dodge away at the last second and let the boss crash into it and get stunned and then shoot at it when it was stunned. Once was to get a bull to break some tiles. Time Raider anniversary and Tomb Raider legend.
I heard there is a new one coming out using the Unreal engine. I hope it comes out in VR. Wolf, you need a little Lara Croft.

I didn't really like the first game from Wolf's perspective (who knows, maybe it's a great game and I just didn't like what was there before) and the only reason I ever watch it is because Frog was in it with Wolf. That all being said, it seems like the devs looked at what people liked about the first game, then at what could be improved, and made a better game. Hopefully, the following game to this bad boy gets more improvement than its predecessors!
