✍️ ! Thank you, noted!
You are so funny! It is little wonder you are so busy. Keep up the great reviews, you.
You are THE SWEETEST! Thanks 😘
Yes, your expression as well as your words!😇 The impression is as important as the description. Appreciation rules. Thank you, so much. Watching and hearing your reaction is almost as good as tasting it, really! Great wines make your senses work!
Thank you @nichotime ❤❤❤
Great to see your passion about a region that I have loved and enjoyed for many years. I prefer my Chassagne-Montrachet with at least 12 years age but of course it depends on the domaine and vintage. Enjoy!
You're a saint if you can wait so long. I really admire the patience. Longest I've waited was like 5 years. 🙈 But yeah you're missing out if you can't wait ...
Great review 😊 I like your passion!
Thank you darling
I tasted the 2022 last night and ordered a case, though it’s in bond, so delivery is 2025. Also ordered a case of the Gevrey Chambertin Premier cru and finally a case of the Bourgogne Aligote from Chassagne-Montrachet.
Sounds like you have excellent taste! And Aligoté! What a rising star.
Superbe revue, thanks a lot. And a nice plea for cellar aging : yes, a passion for these wines requires a good bunch of patience… or to have a good cellar : simply, with a yearly rotation of a few (2-3, no more, because… €/$…, and also because there are a few other such wines other the world…) of them over a tenth of millesimes. The anecdote about ordering "un chardo, siouplait" ("a chardonnay, please") in a bistrot in Burgundy made me laugh ! I love your explanation of grape variety as a tool, thanks. Drink good, buvez bon !
Merci @arti4choc Love the un chardo, siouplait 😅
Oh. How did I end up here? What the F***? Was it just wine there? ^^
It's oddly mesmerizing to watch, actually entertaining and funny as well...
Thank you darling ;)
I take it as a compliment
Hey! I just came across your Chanel/video! Nice vid!
A question, I just bought of a action the 2 following bottles, when should I drink them?
Au pied du mont chauve - Chassagne montrachet - Premier cru “Clos Saint Jean 2020
And
Au pied du mont chauve - Village - Chassagne montrachet - 2020
Thank youuuu!!! Congrats on the great wine buy. So 2020 is a full, solar vintage and the Chassagnes do need a while to mature. Id say, if it’s a village, give it another 5 years. For Premier Crus and Grand Crus, don’t touch it for the next 12 and then open a bottle to see what’s going on;)
@@katialobun7035 thank you for the info! Oof… long wait… we will see in the future then😉
@@Dennisversteeg2311 I feel you! But the wait will be rewarding, I promise. There's nothing like gracefully aged Chassagne.
I literarily believe you are actually in love , like really in love with this bottle. Happy to connect and help grow your channel.
that's so sweet! I really appreciate it.
Does the yellow gold color depend on the vintage or maker? What makes more yellow color in chardonnay?
The color in Chardonnay wines intensifies with age. As a white wine is gradually oxidizing in a bottle it acquires this gold, honey like and even brown color. Red wine on the contrary loses color with age.
Also color may intensify in white wines with a long contact with oak. Or if you leave the white wine in contact with it’s skins for a while. This would be a wine that we call orange. It also has an intense color depending on the grape variety.
The first T in Montrachet is pronounced.
