Outback is hit and miss I've found. Some are really good, some are not. I guess it depends on their suppliers.

The disappointments of gambling: doing everything by the book and still losing many of those hands.
At 13:00, you made a HUGE blunder. You doubled a 7-2, drew another 2 and stayed. You had an 11 to the dealers 5 and stayed??? Dealer drew a 9, which should have been yours. OUCH!

He can't draw another card after doubling down. The "stay" was declining surrender and taking half his bet back after doubling down or standing pat. Those were his only options at that point.
