Summary:
1. Bathe indoors. Huskies tend to get dirty immediately after bath so had to do that indoors. So better clean your home then wash your dog again outdoor.
2. Tire then out before you give them a bath.
3. Have a distraction for the husky in the bathroom like snacks(peanut butter and cookies on the wall) or maybe toys so you can waah them in peace
4. Don’t keep the water running when you bring the husky in(freaks them out!) . Have a cup and bucket with water ready already if possible.
5. Have a good shampoo and conditioner.
6. Keep 2-3 extra towels to dry them
And maybe a hair dryer lol

Just another tip, put a bathmat or something soft in the bottom of tub for any pups that don’t like the feel of their nails/paws on the tub. My husky Shepard mix only gets in if I put something down.

Today I just bathed my 10 week old husky, was terrified from my past experience (an angry German Shepard and sharpei drowning the bathroom). The minute I put peanut butter on the wall and the water coming in my lil girl decided the bath was an alright place to be. Your channel is a game changer.
How on earth did those dogs drown? You don't fill up a tub with water to bathe a dog if that's what you did. Something doesn't sound right here 🤔 😕

We adopted our husky on a subtropical island and he LOVES to swim in the ocean. We have to chain him up when we go snorkeling on camp trips because he'll try to follow us out lol. My daughter calls him a "Hus-Fish." Still hates the bathtub and not wild about the doggy pool we got him.
I wish I knew that peanut butter trick back when I had a dog. what I would do was throw on my swimsuit and get in the shower with the dog and trap her between my legs . it worked pretty good but I think peanut butter is more effective

There's floof everywhere, but I heard that they often liked to be brushed / should be brushed once a day. you could put peanut butter on the wall if they won't stay still and then they'll definitely stay still to lick up all the peanut butter. ❤️
Give them a brush before the tub to ascertain if there's any knotted fur/wool. Especially round the rear end where nasty bits might accumulate. the areas of knotted fur should be heavily conditioned to untangle it. Better still. work some conditioning agent in if the knots are bad before bathing

Our huskies love to wade in any stream or pond we walk past. Our previous husky loved to swim and would swim all the way across a lake. But bath time? No Way.

I just gave my 7 week husky pup a bath for the first time yesterday. I only had him for a week.He did really good for the most part. He kept wanting to get out the tub but stayed in there. I didn’t do the peanut butter thing but I’ll try next time.

Very impressive bath technique👏🏾👍🏾! My Hunter Pointer hated the water🐶. I had to force him into the tub 🛁 and hold him while lathering and rinsing him. Otherwise, he would have jumped ship and not been clean.

I could put a 3 pound steak in that tub but once my husky hears the water turn on he's saying "not worth it" and heading out the door.

Like a half a bath. I ended up using the commercial carwash dog bathes for our husky and 2 malamutes. End dry blow was as always the scary part for them but a simple towel wrapped over the ears settled them . We could also choose weather to use their dog wash or supply our own and simply use the rinse and blowdry function.
