Getting a death blow on this guy is the most inconsistent thing I’ve experienced in this game. I have had the deathblow option on screen, clicked it, jumped and started the animation and then just been noped out of it. Like 6 times 😭
@@juicybossfights got him eventually, but oml never again 😂. Now the headless are giving me trouble but I’ll stay determined. Doing this charmless and demon bell is certainly eventful.
if anti air isnt working for you (as it did for me) you can just block with umbrella and wait for the beam attack. when that happens you can do the umbrella attack and for me 3-5 of those was enough to break its posture
The dude is allot easier in fountain head. You don't have to do all of dat to get the death blow. Just start the fight head on use umbrella to get close hit him with umbrella then when he teleports he will teleport to opposite ends. From this point all u gotta do is use divine confetti and just run bk n forth and keep attacking cause he will only use beam attack every time he spawns and it wont hit u as long as u r right up on him. The key is to get him to teleport where he starts from then u will know exactly where he will spawn. No hoping for jump attacks necessary but if you can catch him go n do dat!!!
Yeah exactly. by the time you run back and forth, you can just spam attack. if you get close enough before he beams, you can keep attacking bcz at point blank range the beam doesn't hit you.
For the last one there’s also 2 lightning dogs behind where he teleports to that’ll inevitably aggro and make this fight a lot harder for you. I learned that the especially hard way then my next try the one on the cliff jumped in and killed me. That’s why I’m here now lol I love FS main bosses but a lot of mini bosses that add additional gank enemies in or near enough to the arena where they’ll jump in is just insufferable

When this game came out I was terrified of these guys and headless. Just working thru another playthru finally man enough to fight these cats. They're cake. Simple. Literally run attack disappear run attack. Maybe parry the beam for style points but..... Way underwhelming
Can anti air death blow him if he floats, i beat first sharman just used confetti and whaling on him until he vanishes/reappears, the beam is easy to dodge by just running if you dont have lilac umbrella) headles (apart from underwater) needs the umbrella though
0:30 same place as where you buy the air deathblow skill. this guy at the old grave idol in ashina.. in the house with the broken roof. buy the item and take it to the sculptor. but it's the basic umbrella, the purple umbrella is the final upgrade version
I give up he's jumping to high and you just can't get the blow, but in the same area is the gun'sman that is insane op I mean now is sekiro 10 times harder than elden ring or dark souls with all the updates over the years

farm them from blue samurai in the antechamber. them before you fight him again, make a back up save file.. reload the data back onto console if you waste the confetti.
nothings patched. everything in the video works. if the red dot for the deathblow appears, then it works. not sure what you're doing wrong. if you still struggle, just use a divine confetti, go all out attack. then when he teleports, just sprint to the other side and go all out attack again. if you're point blank range, the big beam wont hit you, you can just slash away. or if you have the purple umbrella, you can just stand next to him and block everything, then attack with the umbrella and repeat until he's dead. so many ways to do it.
@@juicybossfights I might just need an extended break, and farm currency for divine confetti for a few hours at a time every other day. This is just way too hard for me to do for some reason lol.
@@eldudereno204 ahh. yeah without divine confetti, you can't do much damage bro. but honestly if you don't have the lilac umbrella, get it. its easy mode. it blocks all terror attacks, and once you absorb the damage, you can reflect it back with the umbrella. it has like a divine confetti effect within it when you attack with it. just stand next to him and block with umbrella, you will be invincible.
I think I have to give up on this boss. He’s 100/100 difficulty rating for me. I really wanted that extra upgrade material. It’s just not going to happen for me.

it's happened to me.. but generally the first phase I can make work like 95% of the time. its only phase 2 that's difficult to me

Tried another guide which suggested jumping from much higher. Kept missing the death blow . Your jump position was much easyer

sometimes you need to absorb a couple of hits before its like charged up

if you run in circles without getting hit at the beginning.. he always jumps. its really consistent. it's harder if you miss that first opportunity
