      @@skinnypenguin5857 Yeah I was busy working in the afternoon that day. By the time I saw the message, ate my dinner, I got there around 8pm and the fishes are long gone. Anyways, there is always next year. BTW, we ate the two fishes we caught and they are good. Even the millet taste kinda like cream cheese? Kinda disgusting but I can see some people may like it a lot.

    What about skin and scales? Thanks for sharing. How do you prepare them to eat?

      i dont care much about the scales, but if u wanna remove them just rinse them couple of times with water and stir them while the water is running and it will wash the scale away. I love the skin :P I dried up most of them, then u can fry them and season with soy sauce, honey and chilly powder, or any other sauce u want.
