    I've never understood the attraction of having two sinks. I'd rather have the extra counter space.

    • @RVBlogger
      @RVBlogger  28 днів тому +4

      We have a double sink in our Class A and it comes in very handy. We use one half to wash dishes and we put out dish drain on the other half. And we place the sink cover on that half when we aren't using the it and we need extra countertop space.

    I like the Ibex the best. I really like that they used green instead of varying shades of brown or grey. And having outdoor space is great, not to mention a washer/dryer combo! It sounds like the Lance is better built but I don't like the floorplan as much. Didn't really care much for the first one. I checked the Ibex on line and RV Trader has some for $45,00, not a bad price.

    That Ibex is freaking sweet! The sliding glass door and rear porch is chefs kiss.
    I'd love to see Forest River design one with a very basic rear room that could be doubled as atv storage.

    You do a really nice job taking us through the RV’s. The only issue is the amount of times you measure things. At first it was super annoying but then we made a drinking game out of it! Every time you pull out your tape measure, we drink!

    I really like the Ibex! It almost has the feel of a tiny house on wheels. It would be nice to have some sort of eating surface.

    This may be a weird question, and maybe you know the answer with your experience, but why does no one offer a floor plan with the kitchen in the front, bathroom in the back, and a murphy bed slide out in the middle? You would get decent size L-shape kitchen, a good size bathroom, and with the bed up, you could use the couch with a stow away table. Plus in front of the couch, you could have a nice size window with storage to give a great view of the camp site. I would think you would even have space to get to the bathroom with the slide out closed. I'm assuming there is a reason this type of layout isn't offered, but I have no clue what it is.

    I love your reviews, but why not, since you carry the tape with you, measure the width and length of the shower as well as the height? I wrote this and then you did measure the Ibex RVS2. Thanks!

    • @RVBlogger
      @RVBlogger  28 днів тому

      We just had this discussion with some folks who watch our videos and they said the opposite. No need to measure the shower if I'm standing in it because they can see how I fit in the shower which means much more than a measurement. We are considering making the change though...
      Thanks for the suggestion!

    The 2nd trailer did NOT have a dinette! How do u protect ALL the glass doors when traveling down the road ?

    • @RVBlogger
      @RVBlogger  27 днів тому

      Is it necessary to have a dinette? And you just drive down the road - I'm not sure how you would protect the glass. We have glass doors and shower doors in our rig and none have broken for over 2 years. Same in our Class C RV...Have you had glass doors break in your rig? If so can you tell me about that? I'm curious now - lol!

  • @rogerfurman7450

    The IBEX is cool, but no dinette is a deal breaker, and I am not willing to buy a 3/4 ton or one ton truck that I will only use to haul the trailer.

    Calling the Ibex a travel trailer seems a misnomer. It does look like a destination tiny home, however. With all that glass, you'd want to use it in a place with only mild or no winter weather.

    • @RVBlogger
      @RVBlogger  27 днів тому

      We think that this trend may continue. But we agree that these are more like destination trailers but with the market moving more toward a residential feel we expect some other manufacturers to build their own versions of this type of trailer and they will improve the design as that happens...like less glass and a closet in the Master Bedroom.
      Thanks for always watching and commenting Amy!
