EN - Mathijs Dirkx, better known as Broer Dirkx (1935 - 2005) was a Dutch motocross rider who excelled in both individual and sidecar competitions. During the decades of the 1950s and 1960s he won six championships of the Netherlands in motocross and two Grand Prix of the world championship. Jan Clynk (1930 - 1989), the Atom Cannon of Helmond, was an international motorcycle racer (motocross). Clynk won the 500cc Grand Prix of the Netherlands in Schijndel on May 13, 1956. Gedurende de decennia van de jaren vijftig en zestig won hij zes kampioenschappen van Nederland in motorcross en twee Grand Prix van het wereldkampioenschap.
