It’s clear to see that a lot of the initial concepts for the Solver started here. It’s like looking at the pieces of a LEGO set before it’s been fully assembled
Literally looking back there's murder drones has Internecion Cube written all over it even done to the small details like people have their Identities hidden by shadows and only having glowing eyes
Icon is just a little girl, who doesn't know any better. If he manages to raise her right, and teach her proper morals, she can be a source of great good, but if he fails, she could become very dangerous. I would put a few rules in place. 1) Always respect the Life, Liberty, And Property of every human being 2) In case of her being attacked, she must always only use "minimal necessary force" in order to stop the attack. 3) She must learn and internalise the virtues. So that she is always humble, kind, patient, diligent, charitable, temperate and chase, and 4) she must always have hope, faith and love. To ensure that these four rules are understood, accepted and retained I would move with her to a small peaceful town and enrol her in a girls school so as to expose her to lots of humans that she can form friendships with. I would not under any circumstances expose her to violence, until the four rules have been fully internalised. I expect this process to take at least 4 years.
I can see many of the parallels between this and Murder Drones, but I still want to see where this leads. The romance, horror and adventure, I just can’t get enough of this well meshed combination of it all.

Based on kirie's introduction episode I suspect that she was a sickly child that was vulnerable to the mental instability in icon which requires icon to be fused with humans to be useful. Unfortunately because kirie had been sick for so long she was not mentally strong and became unstable and killed her (human) family. Based on icon's lack of recognition of the situation/third cube, and kirie's willingness to let her crush operate alone, I don't think that icon is aware of any other cubes, which means that her memory can be erased or she can be duplicated, and kirie was not aware other cubes existed, an indication that either her fusion was not officially sanctioned or that there is a limit to the speed cubes can be produced/fused.... But part of me thinks that I might be overthinking it and this might just be a magical girl anime...

(Me, being dazed from the previous patient had the reflexes of a slug. The potato salad hit me square in the face.)

So... Kirie and Icon are both trying to achieve domination, with Kirie being some weird human-machine amalgam and Icon being one of the cube organisms. Kirie wanted to wipe out competition and so somehow made Max (a smart conspiracy theorist) believe in her and convinced him that Icon must be destroyed by her or something. So Max steals her from the research facility and cooks up a story of being it’s “administrator “. Let me know what you guys think.
The biggest question is why there is a third one. I suspect that kirie is basically just after revenge, the human aspect of the cubes is being played up. Icon might not be human at all, and she may be receiving hard resets/her AI is not able to progress past adolescence, but she may be the seed that duplicates herself and the duplicate takes on a human host creating more cubes with icons ability to control it's functions and the human providing the ability to develop personally/control icons insanity. Why the third one exists, knows about icon, but doesn't seem associated with the lab I cannot even begin to guess. Also I am wondering if kirie was dying of cancer and her father took her in to work so that she would survive, unfortunately kirie went insane and killed her family, explaining why her house is so large and well stocked. It would also explain why kirie is so fixed on the boy as she has abandonment issues from her murdering her family, abuse at the hands of pre reset icon, and her father effectively letting her die. What I don't understand is why kirie would risk boy being killed by icon, or trust him to manage the heist. I also am not sure where who is, as during the daytime for boy her house seemed to be at night, and now what looks like night for the boy is middle of school for her. And I certainly don't understand why she would allow him to be so far apart with such dangerous cargo.
I think Kirie's goals are unspecified for the moment: while I admit the pictures with crossed out faces are very highly suspicious, she might honestly want the destruction or containment of all cubes.
When is he going to introduce the scp foundation into one of these episodes dealing with the Anderson's robotics products, or do the kids have to do it?

@@selimyucel741 same, i feel like kirie either, A thinks the ends justifies the means, no matter how morally questionable, B doesn't have all the facts around the IC-0N situation and is just going off of limited (and possibly incorrect) information or C is basing her response to the IC-0N cubes off of her trauma surrounding them (and possibly her father), which puts them in a very negative light regardless of weather or not their ACTUALLY going to end the world. i think kirie is genuinely trying to be a good guy but she doesn't fully know what she's dealing with, or how to deal with them
The suddle change from "meat face" to "god face" when Max adds sharp teeth and ic0n changes her recognition from human to herself really says a lot about her character.

Yeah this episode comfirm that was a lie he said that she thinks is true so she doesn't bother harmimg him well that and she may have a little crush on him so when she slap him to the floor in episode 2 or put a needle in him on 1 she wasn't trying to hurt him and she lied about the explosive thing apparently
i think its because she feels empathy as far as we know in neural evolution its possible that she's one of the abnormal once that actually don't know what she's doing ,evil is vague. maybe she thought he was really an administrator because she cant bring herself to kill him. the agents however is trying to kill Max so in order to efficiently neutralize the threat secondary benefit of protecting Max instead of running away on a bike she deconstruct the Chopper along with the agents this solidifies her idea of ( Max = administrator = no kill ) if not i think she's just playing along with Max cuz she sees max as a friend or at least someone she can rely on
oh btw the abnormal once is confirmed since in episode one theres a scene where she wakes up and says that her data is corrupted so she's not really fully assimilated into a proper Internecion cube
i will gladly wait an eternity for part 4. I'm i die-hard Murder Drones fan and it's awesome to see where you got the ideas for corrupted AI and the Solver
The finale for Murder Drones came and concluded that beautifully animated and hella fun to watch series. I still do come back to this series though to watch it, I am still so very interested to see where the story would go with these characters. Even if 90% of it was recycled and led inspiration into making Murder Drones or possibly vice versa and was a short story made for fun inspired from aspects of MD. It has its own charm and mysteries with the Kirie, Max and IC-0N's backgrounds.
In the over a decade, I've watched UA-cam I have seen many unfinished works and animations over the years and yet none have made me wish for it to continue as much as this work has. I love the voices, characters, and the funky powers so much in just over 20 minutes of total watch time. I really appreciate the work you've put into it, and even if it is never continued this will forever be one of my favourite little series to come back and watch.
What I hate to be revealed is if most of the ideas and episodes of this series got changed or pushed to Murder Drones episodes. That will suck considering I find this show more interesting and better than Murder drones.

@@OliverIsanzi If you look at the backpack on the floor when the bathroom scene first begins, you'll see a steaming blade lying next to it, combined with the fact that the cuts were still _squirting_ blood, it seems those wounds were self-inflicted for the purpose of the test. Plus, ya know, Icon never cut Max since she very much believes herself incapable of hurting him. Perhaps he was testing himself for the "explosive compound" she supposedly injected into his blood, which is why he started going on about how "she's definitely not manipulating me"

It seems like one of the more... dysfunctional cubes assimilated her and has been pretending to be her for many years now, and is obsessed with Max (the various things she said before getting to business were her genuine attempts at flirting, but she doesn't really know how people communicate, so it came out like it did). Anyways, she seems to be manipulating Max into bringing cubes to her so she can engage in "mutual self destruction." Oh, and she's already killed at least IC-53N, but probably many more as well.
Wow I hope this gets more. Murder Drones is fun and all but this is striking me as the more serious project. It just seems like there's more possibilities with this one.

Yeah this episode comfirm that was a lie he said that she thinks is true so she doesn't bother harmimg him well that and she may have a little crush on him so when she slap him to the floor in episode 2 or put a needle in him on 1 she wasn't trying to hurt him and she lied about the explosive thing apparently
i think its because she feels empathy as far as we know in neural evolution its possible that she's one of the abnormal once that actually don't know what she's doing ,evil is vague. maybe she thought he was really an administrator because she cant bring herself to kill him. the agents however is trying to kill Max so in order to efficiently neutralize the threat secondary benefit of protecting Max instead of running away on a bike she deconstruct the Chopper along with the agents
this solidifies her idea of ( Max = administrator = no kill ) if not i think she's just playing along with Max cuz she sees max as a friend or at least someone she can rely on
oh btw the abnormal once is confirmed since in episode one theres a scene where she wakes up and says that her data is corrupted so she's not really fully assimilated into a proper Internecion cube

The finale for Murder Drones came and concluded that beautifully animated and hella fun to watch series.
I still do come back to this series though to watch it, I am still so very interested to see where the story would go with these characters.
Even if 90% of it was recycled and led inspiration into making Murder Drones or possibly vice versa and was a short story made for fun inspired from aspects of MD. It has its own charm and mysteries with the Kirie, Max and IC-0N's backgrounds.

In the over a decade, I've watched UA-cam I have seen many unfinished works and animations over the years and yet none have made me wish for it to continue as much as this work has. I love the voices, characters, and the funky powers so much in just over 20 minutes of total watch time. I really appreciate the work you've put into it, and even if it is never continued this will forever be one of my favourite little series to come back and watch.

They appear to be Clear, Minimum and Severe. Whatever it is we're looking at, it's contagious, enough so that a blood test was developed specifically to detect it.
@@OliverIsanzi If you look at the backpack on the floor when the bathroom scene first begins, you'll see a steaming blade lying next to it, combined with the fact that the cuts were still _squirting_ blood, it seems those wounds were self-inflicted for the purpose of the test. Plus, ya know, Icon never cut Max since she very much believes herself incapable of hurting him.
Perhaps he was testing himself for the "explosive compound" she supposedly injected into his blood, which is why he started going on about how "she's definitely not manipulating me"

It seems like one of the more... dysfunctional cubes assimilated her and has been pretending to be her for many years now, and is obsessed with Max (the various things she said before getting to business were her genuine attempts at flirting, but she doesn't really know how people communicate, so it came out like it did). Anyways, she seems to be manipulating Max into bringing cubes to her so she can engage in "mutual self destruction." Oh, and she's already killed at least IC-53N, but probably many more as well.
I cannot describe the sound that came out at “meat face,” but you have to trust that it was great.
If somehow a japanese dub is ever made of this show the siblings need to speak English, it'll be perfect!
