I've been using them for years and they work wonders. I do a lot of research before listening to any of them though first. I figured out that for myself, beta and gamma frequencies are too much. My sweet spot seems to be in an alpha-theta combo, as far as binaurals. When it comes to solfeggio, all of them seem to work for me, depending on which particular thing I'm using them for. Always do your research and don't just trust and listen to anything. This goes for subliminals as well. Sadly, not everyone on the internet has your best interests at heart. Most do, but some don't. After watching this video I went on to listen to some and I fell asleep like a baby after a little more than half an hour of joyful relaxation. That was so great because I have some anxiety lately and trouble falling asleep (usually in the morning), but this - it knocked me out like magic. The only problem is that I slept around 16-17 hours tonight, which is too much even for me. Anyway, I'll certainly experiment more with binaural beats, (hopefully I won't sleep as much) as they're a great tool for relieving anxiety. Thanks a lot, Neuragal! You've earned a new subscriber.

I enjoy listening to binaural beats. One day I went into deep meditation with BBs on my headphones, and I began to see intense flashing, colored lights in patterns that pulsated in synchronization with the beats. It was really neat, and fun, and I was feeling great! Then I began to get a bit worried that I might have a seizure (although I've never had a seizure in my life... lol.) I removed the headphones at that point. Binaural beats are real, and have interesting effects. They should probably be utilized with caution, especially when one is 'new' to them.

Very interesting questions. I'm barely getting into this so I can't say. What I do recommend before you do anything else is Sadhguru's Inner Engineering program. It is a program that teaches you how to use meditation and yoga and different energies and go within. All ailments, no matter what they are, start inside of you.
I think it’s because the faster beats are targeted to make you more focused, meaning if you’re focused on something you’re tuning out all other thoughts meaning you are not anxious. However, I think if you focus on those thoughts then you’re probably going to be more anxious. You could also make the case that the opposite would happen. The slower beats relax you more causing you to feel comfortable and not have anxiety. However, you could say that because you aren’t focused and more laid back, an anxious person would tend to start thinking more about random things. Maybe it depends on whether or not it’s trait anxiety? I think focus is the key. When you’re focused on something and only that thing, you’re shutting out other thoughts. It’s why meditation is so impactful, it’s the idea that you’re constantly focusing on something and shutting out other thoughts. Once you can do that, and you’re not longer focusing on anything and have an empty mind, you’ve got into a different state of meditation that I can’t remember what it’s called. But that’s the state of mind you try and achieve. I may be incredibly wrong so take this with a grain of salt.
For me not being able to things I want to do makes me depressed and therefore anxious. So slower waves help to sleep, but faster to be more focused and energetiv during work time.
Hey, I really enjoy your videos. Thank you for doing this. I've been using binaural beats for years, mostly the ones I produced, so I know what frequencies were targeted. It worked wonders for me, for meditation and reaching deep states. But I did make few sessions for work focus and anecdotal evidence (I gave to few friends) suggests they work well. I was targeting 24-30Hz. I think going for 40Hz would probably work as well.
Anytime anything hurts I go to binaural beats and listen to my playlist.. I have them for all organs, migraines, cancer and everything you can think of. My joints and inflammation are always calmed down after 10-20 minutes of listening They work regardless of what the reason behind it is..
Thank you. Iv been using binaural beats for my anxiety while working. I have had great results but with out Sufficient evidence on it I thought I was just experiencing a placebo effect which would bother me. This video how to write thank you again.
I often listen to binaural beats from UA-cam, the problem is that I always play the video while I’m sleeping, and I wake so tired and drained, I wish there was a way to listen to them overnight without waking up feeling so tired/fatigue
More power to you doc! Please make more videos never stop. Doc like you can actually spread some good knowledge and eliminate myths! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️God bless you doc!
I don't really know *how* I learned about binaural music... but as someone that has horrible adhd... it's done wonders for my sleep at night. It's all I've used it for so far, but hey. Sleep was like 76% of my problem
Thanks for your honest assessment of binaural beats research. The other two videos about negative effects were promoting their own or affiliate binaural beats for sale. So really couldn’t trust what they had to say about them. I myself listen to meditation tracks that I bought from Kelly Howell. She likes to use theta and delta for her meditations. I actually started to feel tightness in my chest. A few years ago, I injured my heart (diagnosed as possibly myocarditis) that still bothers me from time to time. I assume that’s why it bothers my heart, because of the previous injury. I also noticed that I was more irritable the next day after listening to her meditation tracks. I also needed more calories per day. So I stop listening to them. I will just keep using regular meditation and self-hypnosis tracks that don’t include binaural beats.
When a few friends and coworkers had come to me to say hey I heard you used to have bad Anxiety attacks I say I still could but they're dormant and I share them some of the HZ video's I listen to on UA-cam and from their feedback it blew their minds how good they felt sitting meditating through a few sessions. And yes I did see the terror in their eyes from suffering the Anxiety attacks it's not fun at all! lol
I was hoping u were going to dive more into the specific popular frequencies that are on UA-cam i.e. 528hz , 440hz, and so on, and ur thoughts on all that, is it dangerous? Etc., please consider making a video on that! Thanks
@@ushamangesh2080 is there any specific rule to wear head sets before listening to binaural beats. We can wear it how we want or is there any left right issue!!
There is a lot of popularity among younger people around "the gateway experience" tapes(hemi-sync). They seem to work on similar principals to binaural audio. I am a extremely skeptical of this, but did give it a try just to see what if anything occures. I did experience a few very strange reactions, but I can't help shake the feeling something nefarious or at a minimum irresponsible is being propagated. There are no counterpoints or rebuttals on the internet I can find. i appreciate your level headed explanation and think you could give it some much needed attention. Thank you,
I'm partially deaf in one ear and often found binural beats did not work fully for me when I was a teenager. I'm turning 30 soon. They never worked much for me until I got an in ear hearing aid for my more deaf side to amplify the sound at the correct frequencies to level out the perceived pitch and volume of the sound etc. I can wear headphones over the top of that hearing aid easily as it slots into the ear canal. After that I found binural beats to be far more effective. I guess my brain wasn't receiving enough audio info for it to work before hand. I'm no expert (clearly) but getting a decent in ear hearing aid seems to have made binural beats usable for me by :)
Music lover that I am I have been interested in this topic since I first discovered it back in 2006. Some music software I was using had the ability to generate and record binaural beats. I can see I'm have to do a deeper dive into your content than Harry Mack.
I'm a music lover too! I listen to music every morning and raise my vibration and connect with my higher self. I don't understand how some people never listen to music.
Yes they can actually work. Many different kinds. Britt Subliminals Frequencies have different ones and kinds to cause the impossible things to even become more true or possible. She has countless ones that are sublimal frequencies, and just started the Binaural Beats Frequency Audio creations.
How ever I have seen countless others of Binarual Beats Frequencies and Sublimal Frequencies for mental health, and women's health conditions like have dealt with such as annoying ovarian cyst or abnormal uterine/menstruation and severe PMS which is a pain in womb. Menstruation is not always a very friendly thing to deal with. I sure do wish for a miracle pregnancy to have a good break from my annoying painful periods. Have had menstrual cycles since 11 years old. Hopefully a miracle cure all for my ADHD/ADD, depression, and anxiety /stress.
Already having one that has given me side effects of pregnancy and the beginning of implantation of Self -Fertilization signs. My lower back area is now hurting and cramping. Unless it's a nagging kidney stone.
Already aware that if it does cause self-fertilzed eggs reproduce in the woman of Binarual Beats or Sublimal Frequencies in Britt Sublimal Frequencies, Baby Subliminals, or future sublimal or Binarual Beats Frequencies does cause the impossible things to become possible or more than just true, take note that is still no easy way out of prenatal care of the standard STD testing, etc.perhaps go ahead and tell your gynecologist to do a whole homome test, STD, and the other tests regards to blood to have complete total blood tests. Just request all tests during the well woman check up/visit which should include HIV, and other lab tests to build up a history record. A drug test could be tested for illegal substances only once. Binarual Beats Frequency Audios can cause side effects regarding which ones you choose to listen to as well. You have to believe that the impossible things are all possible or true with any Binarual Beats Frequencies or Sublimal Frequencies because it's technically the science of the subconscious mind. Some take longer than others, just as with different people it's short or instantly, etc. If causes a physical effect on the body then eventually it's working when tingling sensation because of the vibrations, etc. Depending on how Binarual Beats or Sublimal Frequencies are programed or created yes they actually work.
Other ones out there are as follows: 1. Gastric bypass sleeve and other weight lost Binarual Beats/Sublimal Frequencies. 2. General health and well-being 3. Finally the very ones that are created for the impossible things to become possible or true! Depending on the individuals who listen to them. 4. One more thing or two, there's also academic, dreams, goal's, and so many others. Manifestation and the law of natural attraction the call it. 5. Finally people have to believe that the impossible things to become possible all true and real in your own dreams linked behind the subconscious mind and the science behind our subconscious. I believe in the impossible things are still highly possible in different ways equally and my respective opinions, thoughts, and viewpoints. So yes to some degree of extent of believe that impossible things are still highly possible regarding what sublimal frequencies audios or Binarual Beats I listen to beside the self fertilization ones. Perhaps there's probably a high possibility of a finding a sperm donor on aside and still listen to the Binarual Beats Frequencies and probably have two separate pregnancies without intercourse within that way.
Binarual Beats Frequencies on Britt Subliminals with the Get Pregnant Without Binarual Beats Frequencies are said to cause and allow sperm to form inside without a man sexual partner and leads to self fertilization. Still people who discovering and exploring different kinds of things besides self-fertilization. The superhero, superhuman, weight lost, and many others are also being created. On the other hand the music is also very peaceful, calming, and relaxing especially around the toxic and poisonous group of people out there who are troublemakers, bullies, and very much harass others. Just about any Binarual Beats Frequencies are still calming and relaxing at the same time.
I can only say my experience with binaural beats. I am not a doctor of any kind. For example, a frequency for healing and deep sleep that I found in Brain Waves app for Android (one of them is 1.5, and other is 1.64 Hz) really does work for me. I WILL fall asleep within half an hour the most. The one for concentration , which is around 13 Hz also works. I've tried some on youtube which claimed to have long term effects. For me, none of them did. It had short terms effects like those I found in the app I mentioned. Maybe I wasn't repearing them as much as I should have but, can't tell. Anyway, for a short term effect, it really does help me. And one more thing: I occassionally go close to a seizure due to IIH condition that I have. The same frequency (either healing 1.5 or deep sleep 1.63) helps my brain calm down. Would rather choose 1.5. So, that's my experience of binaural beats.
Was it Placebo? 1. Saying listening to this will make you happy. 2. They (depressed participants) were socializing so they got happier than usual. I would love to know how the research was conducted.
I would have appreciated binaural beat “therapy” prior to my organic chemistry finals, when I had projectile diarrhea just prior to entering the large hall where the tests were given. Sanjosemike (no longer in CA) Retired surgeon

good video but u really need to edit it properly in terms of sound. cutting off your own words too quick is so annoying to listen to n detracts from the overall quality
Time that you listen to them, is surely a variable to consider. Listening to delta waves at 1 mid day when the sun is supposed to be stimulating you to be awake, doesn't sound natural and would surely mess with your circadian rhythm.
I know this could just be placebo but when I use an alpha wave binaural beat track to meditate I feel like I'm able to enter the meditative state quicker and go deeper into the meditative state. Just my 2 cents

Could listen to her explained things all day.
Thank you, Doctor…For what you do…
Very Respectfully,
Phil Laserna, CPO, USN (Ret)
Thank you Phil, for your service!
Thank you ! It is really interesting information, that you explain easily. Hi from México 🙂 Ah! I just sucribe, I like your channe!l 💯🥰
Can also this have side effect?
Anytime anything hurts I go to binaural beats and listen to my playlist.. I have them for all organs, migraines, cancer and everything you can think of. My joints and inflammation are always calmed down after 10-20 minutes of listening
They work regardless of what the reason behind it is..
Thanks for this Neurogal MD! I've been kinda/sorta binaural beats and have been looking for an explanation just like this!
Thank you for the research!
Honestly i eas just here to make sure i want stopping my sleep by listening to binaural beats but now i want to be a neuroligist.this is fascinating.
Perfect Segway to neurofeedback :)
I don't really know *how* I learned about binaural music... but as someone that has horrible adhd... it's done wonders for my sleep at night. It's all I've used it for so far, but hey. Sleep was like 76% of my problem
Thumb nail reminds me of the overly attached girlfriend.
lmao same I was like I have seen her somewhere...ye but good knowledge
Sometimes it's humbling. Other times, not so much.
😂 You little punks know no one as such lol, you have small pp
Hahh
"I unsubscribed you from all the other UA-cam neurologists, you only need ME!"
And yes I did see the terror in their eyes from suffering the Anxiety attacks it's not fun at all! lol
Beautifully elaborated
I was hoping u were going to dive more into the specific popular frequencies that are on UA-cam i.e. 528hz , 440hz, and so on, and ur thoughts on all that, is it dangerous? Etc., please consider making a video on that! Thanks
no, it's not dangerous unless the new frequency is above 200Hz (Hertz)
could you please specify why exactly that is
440 herts is not good do some research on it you will know...
UA-cam compressions ruins the difference between two channels. If you really wanna feel it, you'll have to try uncompressed audio (not from UA-cam).
@@ushamangesh2080 is there any specific rule to wear head sets before listening to binaural beats. We can wear it how we want or is there any left right issue!!
Wow, I tried this and it super relaxed me the same way acupuncture does. Awesome and thanks for sharing!!
I’m so happy to hear this! Thank you for sharing 😊
Great fundamental explanation of binaural beats. Thanks for creating this.
thank you, i will put this information into good use
There is a lot of popularity among younger people around "the gateway experience" tapes(hemi-sync). They seem to work on similar principals to binaural audio. I am a extremely skeptical of this, but did give it a try just to see what if anything occures. I did experience a few very strange reactions, but I can't help shake the feeling something nefarious or at a minimum irresponsible is being propagated.
There are no counterpoints or rebuttals on the internet I can find. i appreciate your level headed explanation and think you could give it some much needed attention.
Thank you,
Just started using binaural beats. Great information. Thanks!
I'm glad I watched this video. I'm going to try a little Binaural therapy. Thanks Miss MD!
What if you only have one working ear ??
You can still do it but it depends on the frequencies and the equipment you use Jelona.🎶✨
Isocronic tones
Isochronic and monaural beats will still work.
Good information. It came across as objective and trustworthy , not trying to persuade me one way or another. Thank you.
Thank you for the positive feedback! I really appreciate your thoughtful comments!
Thanks so much for your clear explanation to the matter!!🥰
Binaural beats can also be used to improve hindsight.
WHAT!?
jk I knew
The Back to the Future tie in gave me a geekgasm.
This makes me very curious as to what those record labels are doing to the brains of the youth
Other ones out there are as follows:
1. Gastric bypass sleeve and other weight lost Binarual Beats/Sublimal Frequencies.
2. General health and well-being
Your video SEO ranked higher then Tomas Frank. This video is helpful
Best collection of trivial information
Was it Placebo?
1. Saying listening to this will make you happy.
2. They (depressed participants) were socializing so they got happier than usual.
I would love to know how the research was conducted.
I would have appreciated binaural beat “therapy” prior to my organic chemistry finals, when I had projectile diarrhea just prior to entering the large hall where the tests were given.

@Wendy Winslett My hat’s off to you! My daughter has a higher IQ than I have. She is a graduate electrical engineer. I’m sure she is smarter than I am.
Actually, I have no problem with that. Nor do I have any problem with the fact that your IQ is higher than mine. In fact, I celebrate it!

We used binaural beats while solving puzzle in my research and it works in Beta wave 30hrtz
There’s also gamma (above beta) and lambda (above gamma),and epsilon (below delta).
good video but u really need to edit it properly in terms of sound. cutting off your own words too quick is so annoying to listen to n detracts from the overall quality
Appreciate your content so much. :)
Like all things there is no one size fits all, do your own research. Great video!
I gonna try this, ty for sharing 🙏
Time that you listen to them, is surely a variable to consider. Listening to delta waves at 1 mid day when the sun is supposed to be stimulating you to be awake, doesn't sound natural and would surely mess with your circadian rhythm.
I went straight into a state of depression, anxiety and sort of panic, along with intense dreams
@Allen Iverson The Answer Hey Jamie, pull that up
Can binary beats be reversed?
Thank you ma'am. Very helpful insights.
You are gold !!!
Very helpful. Thank you!
Happy to hear the video was helpful. Thank you for the positive comments!
I know this could just be placebo but when I use an alpha wave binaural beat track to meditate I feel like I'm able to enter the meditative state quicker and go deeper into the meditative state. Just my 2 cents
Great explanation, thank you!
What about the claims of listen
and attract wealth love and good health ???
Those are not binaural beats. Those are "frequencies of love", "peace", etc... those are not scientifically proven. Binaural beats are.
I honestly love useing thease to help with my workout when it comes to focus and when it comes to rest. If you dont mind did you do one on isochronic tones?

@Wendy Winslett Okay I have no idea what ghbnsfagusaib7ertuavcfwiq74rtwv46g785trh76 is, no this is not spiritual healing but it's not intended for epilepsy inducing...
Where do I find good ones
IT’S ENTIRELY POSSIBLE that i‘m now going to get back into Morning-Meditation and start my sessions of with a view minutes of Binaural Bests. But only after my daily Hillsprints that I do in my Vibram-shoes (their great). Perhaps I‘ll end my morningroutine with some nice, dark red Elkmeat (superhealthy for you, it’s like you’re eating a superathlete).
So thanks again for the great inspiration and information!
PS: Have you ever tried Dimethyltryptamine?
Joe, is that you?
Great Video!
Great explanation. Thank you
You're the best and beautiful doctor 😀😀
Im here after a Japanese binorical beat learning cls
Well defined,it' help ful
Please explain the subliminal messages included with binaural beats?and their relative frequency?
I just want to experience these.
there must be some truth to it. watched my cat for reactions when I put on the lofi hip hop radio and she started yawning. It was morning with decent sunlight around and he had been active just before. On the other hand heard on the Huberman podcast that anxiety increases focus and I had noticed with myself that I can't focus if listening to soft mellow music.
Thank you for explaining it so clearly, freaky interesting
Great information. Do you think this type of audio will help when I have a trigeminal neuralgia flare up??
feel like i’m in a word loop of “binaural beats”
well explained.however,i felt missing to explain them +subliminal affirmations into the subconcious mind which i believe is part of the process as well anyway
Thanks
Thank you!
I cry when listening to binaural beats
How can you verify, create / generate binaural beats for yourself?
More videos on binaural beats please
“and possibly enhance other cognitive functions”
Amazing!
