    Thank you so much for cutting out all of the nonsense with your video. When scientific studies are conducted, they don’t have strange music added on top of the beats like 90% of other videos out there.

      A couple years ago, I actually analyzed the top 10 most popular "binaural beat" tracks on UA-cam. As I recall, all of them did actually have binaural beats ... but they were bizarre.

    this genuinely worked for me, i have tried so many videos in hopes of sleeping better but they all sound annoying and are coupled with music, and honestly just make it harder for me to sleep. i often have periods of times where i can only sleep in 1-3 hour increments (finals 🥰), and it’s always just shitty sleep that i wake up during so much and honestly the only point i do sleep is cause i don’t want to deal with intense sleep deprivation. listening to this when falling asleep was so much different for my 3 hour “sleep” last night. i didn’t wake up a single time, and woke up feeling so awake and energized, i had an exam and a presentation and i was so worried that i would do so badly because of my lack of sleep, and i genuinely think i aced it and this helped so much!!!

    Anyone experiencing left and right being displayed together on left and right: It's not the uploaders fault! You might want to check if UA-cam is using a lower-quality version of the video. I am not completely sure if it's still being done, but in the past there were video's that, at lower settings (360p and lower, if I recall correctly) became "monofied" to save on bandwith usage for people on smallband connections (since a mono audiofile is half the bandwith of that of a stereo file, which is a very simplified explanation).

    I had the worst toothache and headache of My Life about 4 weeks ago now. I'm 27 and the part that claims possibility of pain relief worked significantly well at taming the severe pain I was in. I replayed that frequency range a couple times constantly at length of about an hour each time and it provided consistent relief. Im very thankful this was and is here for many reasons much love :)

  • @Kriskogames

    Dude I did not manage to sleep while listening to, but I felt vibrating energy all around my body. I almost went to sleep paralysis, but after I pussied out of fear I wasn't able to sleep while listening. Although I did not fell asleep, the tone was like stuck in my head and my whole system was operating on these frequencies and after I fell asleep I had the best sleep in many years. I only slept for an hour and went to go to the toilet - I was feeling so refreshed and actual energy burst that it was awesome. After that, I slept for additional 5 hours till I had to wake up for work and that was amazing. I felt a full restoration of energy and a whole new level of sleep which gave me the best energy restore ever. Thank you, will definitely do again like right this day :D to see if the effects get away or not.

    I stumbled on this last night - didn't notice the 'advanced' message - played it anyway. I struggle with ADHD and insomnia - I'm 57 and really have issues with a foggy mind and falling asleep. I was awake and watching the little markers - relaxed but not sleepy - until it hit delta then I was just gone. I woke up 2 hours later thinking "what just happened - did that ACTUALLY work?!" I was able to fall back asleep and slept until my alarm went off in the morning.
    I'm amazed! Thank you for these videos. I will be using the beginner video for a while, however. No need to body-slam my brain into sleep! ha!
    I'm excited to use the napping and recharging videos as well, as I have issues with drowsiness during my days.

    This stuff really is no joke. I have tried the beginner for about a month and went over to this as I was having some trouble getting back to sleep and within 30 minutes I was deeply asleep. More very vivid dreams (not entirely great but not nightmares) and I awoke to having a wd (which I haven’t had in years) and over 2 hours had gone by and it was time to get up. Since trying these binaural beats I have felt that on nights where I get deep sleep I just feel so much better with more energy in the day! Just odd how the first time I use this “advanced” mode I was out like a light and have the other thing happen. This stuff is powerful.

      This happened to me and I continued hearing the tones, fell into a semi-dream state and the next thing I know, I felt, hand on heart, like I levitated off my bed. I remember I panicked because I didn't know what was happening. Next thing I knew, I was violently vibrating as if an earthquake had struck and I fell back down. It was scary at the time as I didn't know what this phenomenon was but I believe I astral projected (temporarily) This happened a while ago and I've tried to replicate it since but to no avail. I think the fear of the unknowing is holding me back.

    Attention those of you here experimenting with this. Here's a few tips to help you out. 1. You must have stereo headphones or ear buds. 2. You want to listen to this really quietly. Less than 1/2 volume. Listen to 1 side then the other. When you hear both sides together, find the LOWEST setting that allows you to still hear the illusion of vibration. Think for a minute. This is not like listening to music. It's exposing your brain to auditory vibrations. You shouldn't have to think about it. It's just there in the background

    Just tried last night. I must say it was quite relaxing, at some point I was sleeping. Then woke up after 5h (this I realized later when I saw the clock) feeling reasonable rested, I even though on standing up, but saw the clock and it was still around 5am. So decided to stay in bed, and fall asleep again. At this point (I think) I had all kind of nightmares, waking up now and then after an 'episode'. At the end it was an experience, probably will give it a try more times and see what comes out.. (by the way, I never tried it before, so this is the first time I really listen to this kind of things)

    I've listened to a lot of binaural beat videos, but this is the best one yet. Exactly what I've been looking for,

My cat was on my lap and for some reason that always gives me comfort. It's scarier than crap to have sleep paralysis. This is an excellent video for those who would want to have an OBE.

    • @catsnpeacocks
      @catsnpeacocks 7 років тому +13

      Sotallytober, I've had sleep paralysis for years too. I had no idea what it was at first. Thought it was some sort of sleep disorder. I left my body once when I was being attacked by a dog. Believe it or not I watched myself running from him just above my body. It was only seconds and I flew over a fence and don't even remember doing it. I think sometimes in a high level of fear, that can happen, but when I think back on it, how could I be moving and be out of my body. Also, I was out of my body and looking down at a window ledge and I seen a bunch of ants. When I woke up and looked over, I seen them. I thought, well that was some sort of psychic dream when actually I was out of my body. Right before that, I experienced a buzzing sound and thought that's my cell phone then thought no....my phone don't sound like that. I've experienced every sensation there is from loud motor sounds, electricity, buzzing, vibrations, voices, radio sounds, seeing through closed eyelids, an evil presence, shuffling and wouldn't you know it, now that I know what it is and have been trying hard to astral travel, I can't get anywhere..ok sorry this was so long.

    • @GREENBELLES
      @GREENBELLES 7 років тому +4

      I cannot get anywhere with these beats:/ I get sleep paralysis only when the sun is out and normal sounds play in the background, never really had it at night. First time trying this last night and truth be told I basically died
    I don't even remember how I slept
    I just woke up this morning
    No dreams no sleep paralysis nothing
    I didn't even switch my sleeping position the whole time
    I basically just passed out

      Lilly Ann Buchanan Cannot blame you, this stuff has a strong effect on some people, it just depends on what you are into. For me, it is facing the unknown and conquering fear. That comes in handy pretty often.

    Excellent presentation of information right here in front of us on the video! All the information needed to know exactly what we are hearing in both ears and the binaural result in the center and what range the tones fall in and what effect they can have. Too often we have to search for this information in the write-up below the videos only to find it missing all too often. I also like the much-needed option of imbibing the tones without the music selection or scenery supper-imposed on them. Good work, I'm a new fan!

    I had a scary experience, I listened this during a long time yesterday and when I went to bed I could still hear it so I tried to focus on something else and eventually succeeded but then on the edge of reaching unconscious sleep this vibration came back but psychologically it was very loud and frightening it made me woke up in a sec, had me like "what the hell just happened?". I think it's most likely like a visual illusion but psychological, you don't really hear the sound it's just the brain that keeps activating the location where it was stimulated for a long time, though now I am not sure if it's a good thing or not.

    Word of advice! Turn your autoplay off!!! I listened to this worked great then a lucid dreaming video was next... wow bad idea I had some terrible dreams . But this video is amazing

      hehe yes! Autoplay is evil (especially on Netflix, it makes binging all to easy, but that's another topic entirely)...

    Thank you for this! I also find binaural beats very helpful for sleeping, but hate all the extra hippie crap that people put on youtube. Many of them don't even know what binaural means! Anyway, this video is great for anyone with tinnitus or who likes falling asleep with some background noise.

    And as always, to actually get the benefits of binaural, TRY make an attempt to stop hearing the warbling and try to hear this for the two tones there is. It’s basically impossible but, in doing so you REALLY feel the effect it can have.

    I tell ya what, every time I listen to this I fall into the DEEPEST, heaviest sleep. If I'm woken up during the night, I can easily drift back into that weighted slumber. If sleep were a spectrum, 10 being the deepest sleep and 1 being lightest, I usually float between a 4 and a 6. When I listen to this audio, however, I consistently experience sleep at level 10. Blows my mind, honestly.

    I paused this after listening to it for 10 minutes and realized that I could hear people speaking Chinese. I was confused why my family was speaking Chinese because my family only knows English. Then I realized I was hearing people from the other side of the world talking. This really improved my hearing so unimaginably well. I thought it was the greatest thing ever. But now, wherever I go, I have to use earplugs. Otherwise I can hear everything everyone says. And I don't want to hear the president talk about what he did with his wife last night... Or about his secret affair with Putin. Or hear the guy at McDonald's sneeze into my food. I wish I could just get rid of the ability. So I have since blasted my ears with music so loud that I have gone deaf. Now I can't hear anything and it is much easier to sleep. So I guess the video worked! Thanks?! Okay!

    THANK YOU. A straight tone, no going in and out. No sound fx. No little extras. FINALLY. I have hyperacusis and life is still hell, this does seem to have a slight high tone to it, but this is far superior to other vids so thank you! Subscribed!!
