Aww bless you hun, I get migraines like that from time to time. I get a kaleidoscope type fuzzy thing appear in my eyesight that gets bigger and bigger and then disappears but I can't see anything whilst it's there, it's just a big blindspot. Scared the life out of me the first time it happened!...aww bless Zachery, how lovely of him! Great haul again, you always do so well with everything you get! 😘 xx

I love the microwave packs for a quick dinner, I usually have a pack or two in the cupboard. But I wouldn't use them for all my meals, the cost would add up! If I had somewhere to keep a bigger bag of rice, that would be a good idea xx

Hi Clairey the boys are very sweet, they need their time, my son has now 16 he´s a really good boy he has ADHD too and we had to learn how to change the topic when he have his crisis, is not easy but to have them with mental health good is worth it. I think with three kids is not easy, I wanted a big family too buy we couldn´t have more children. You help me a lot in my holidays ther in Bournemouth, and now I countinue seeing your videos, in Spain, Gran Canaria, we eat different but I love your new choices, and I copied some of your recipes. Yes Claire, eating fruit is better than fruit juices as you are eating the whole fruit. Fruit's contain natural sugar, so even diabetics can eat fruit but like anything, in moderation. Migraines are no fun, my tell is; I say things back to front, hope it cleared for you.
I have to spend 3 times that amount for 3 people in australia. Food is super cheap in the uk. I spend £250 ($500) per week in australia. I spend $500 every 2 weeks on my mortgage so food cost double what paying my house off does 😢

Hope the migraine wasn’t too bad! I get them too and they are sooo annoying! I can’t take my migraine tablets at work as they make me feel high so it’s not safe as I’m a vet nurse! I normally have some codine with me so I can take that. ❤❤
I have a brilliant remedy for migraine that a work colleague told me about. It's all about brain freeze. When your eyes start going like that, drink an icey cold drink really fast to give you brain freeze.( I always have Capri sun in because that's what he recommended.) Close your eyes in the darkest room you have for literally 5 mins, and it's gone. Your feeling back to normal. I've since passed this on to many people and they all say it works, but you have to give yourself the brain freeze from the icey cold drink. xx

Well done to Zach!! My Zach (Zachri) has autism and dyspraxia and he has huge anger issues, and this is exasperated by raging hormones. He is 12 and from 10 the hormones have been floating about. There is a family genetic heart defect on my ex husband's side. My daughter has it and I've been pushing and pushing for Zach to be tested for defect. Normally they wouldn't test until 15, but the genetics consultant is fascinated by the family so she pushed for him to be seen. Thank God they did. He doesn't have the genetic defect but they found he has a massively enlarged aortic valve which is letting 3/4 of the blood back into his heart which has now caused damage to his heart. We were told it is incredible he is still alive. Reason for the waffle, my son has had to stop playing his beloved football. He's not even allowed to kick a ball about in our garden and he's had to kurb playing his drumkit as well (which helps calm him down). Basically he cannot do anything that results in him being to sweat or start to get out of breath. I'm devastated for him, but he has been so good at taking the news, esp not being allowed to play football. We've had no drama, no self pity, he has taken everything really well, including the fact he needs open heart surgery. It seem Claire our Zach's, even with their autism/ ADHD they are kindhearted wee souls and are mature in many ways . So a huge well done to both our Zachs!!!!

I just looked it up and apparently the Dutch pronounce it 'How-da' because the G is an H sound. If that makes sense. But a lot of people from other countries pronounce it 'gooda' 🙂

I'm the same about popcorn and little ones so when we have a cinema night we have popworks instead. They vacuum them up!
