Regarding to the first point and at 0:21, when he serves underspin half long or long into your backhand like that, you want to make sure to drop your bat to knee height to loop the ball, if you search up "Xu Xin Backhand Loop" on UA-cam, you will know what I'm talking about, you are doing everything fine with that backhand loop other than dropping that bat, you are wide enough and low enough. Next time you practice, just ask someone to serve underspin long into your backhand and just practice that feeling of dropping the bat, it will feel very weird at first. Your serves were causing some trouble to him, but I think learning how to do a heavy underspin serve that is short( two bounces on the opponents side) would be very effective, most of your serves here was mainly half long or long especially into his backhand, try to vary up the position a bit more. Like for example, at 1:38, you served into his forehand with underspin which was super effective causing you to win the point, but as you can see he stepped in to use his backhand into his forehand side due to him not expecting it. Sorry for writing so much, but I hope this helps you. Good luck with your journey to 1200 RC. I will subscribe too, cause I love to support small creators like yourself. :)
hi. I play in the northside with penhold. I do want to add that you can use forehand drive which will be a lot faster and lower with lots more success. Take the ball earlier. We should organise training together.
another note: the few of your FH loops you missed is because you were not in the right position to execute the shot. Two or three occasions . You need to fix these before achiving the higher level .will go through and mention the FH drives later.
sunil block return to you at 1.57. was quite short . that was a perfect FH drive. I think you would miss a lot of opportunity if you automatically stand so far away from table.

Hey Dave, in response to which of his shots do you mean to use fh drive? Would love to play together sometime.
