How would you apply this to a woman going through peri-, premonopause? Everything changes, and this is not the same as those who are not in that stage.

Yes, great question! I’m perimenopause and have endometriosis. Double whammy. The bloating is constant, the fatigue is constant it’s so hard to eat right and without when your body is your biggest enemy
