Hello I have several hypex like that. One of them put my fbt speaker in '' protect''. I try to Interchange mosfet, noting change. R050, same. Condensator seem to have there good capacity after a simple multimeter measure. I' m stuck. What can i do ?
Buen video, al cambiar los mosfets nunca hubo que cambiar algun transistorcito, resistencia, diodito ó IC ? Por cierto donde conseguiste los mosfets que veo alguien escribio solo aparecen copias chinas y quizas por esi recalienta más, es por eso recomientas bajar un poco el potenciimetro para bajar el Bias ?
I've found that on the UCD180HG version the issue is the P1F (NPN SOT223 PKG) for no audio / Also check or replace the 220uF / 16v cap as it can tend to go soft

the transistor you mentioned can be used. try to check Resistor R050 is often damaged. if it still doesn't work, adjust the variable resistor slightly to the right.
I have been buying replacement hypex ucd180lp and it’s not cheap. Thank you for your video hope I can start repair the amplifier class D myself. Any link where to buy the replacement P14NF12 ? Found some on AliExpress but the below numbers are different.

I have had to replace numerous mosfets on these boards.
On one repair that I had, the problem was C18: 220uf/ 16 v electrolytic capacitor.
