Sir in my point of view one perminent tribunal should be form which is independent of legislative council president is the only head for that tribunal .memarondom of process Is like to be how the cabinet approves bills like list should direct go to the president from tribunal without approval from executive council ,
In that tribunal rules should be perfect so that no injustice to judges

సుప్రీం కోర్టు కు న్యాయ సంబంధ విధులు మాత్రమే ఉంటాయి కానీ న్యాయస్థానాల లో సిబ్బందిని, న్యాయ మూర్తులను నియమించడం అనేది కోర్టులకు మన దేశంలో ఉన్న ప్రత్యేక కార్య నిర్వహణ విధి. అలాంటప్పుడు నియామకం అనేది కార్యనిర్వహణ విధి అవుతుంది కనుక జాతీయ న్యాయ నియామక కమిటీ లో కేంద్ర మంత్రి ఉన్నంత మాత్రాన అది ఆర్టికల్ 50 ప్రకారం అధికారాల విభజనకు వ్యతిరేకం ఎందుకు అవుతుంది? అలా అయితే నియామకం అనే కార్య నిర్వహణ విదిని కోర్టులు సిబ్బందిని, న్యాయమూర్తులను నియమించడం ద్వారా అధికారాల విభజన పరిధిని దాటినట్లే కదా? న్యాయస్థానాల ముఖ్య విధి న్యాయం అందించడం మాత్రమే కదా!
