It is not possible in Premiere Pro but you can just open the .mogrt file in After effects change the colors and then export it back.

@@PolygonMotions Appreciate fast response, I will take a look on it to see if this can be performed kind of fast , not high time consuming for video editing, once again awesome animation presets. That was the only aspect missing that it would be very cool to have for my video editing. Best regards.
