You can prune it back to fit in a pvc pipe cage covered in Thule ( the material use as veils in Brides). Or you could cover the fruits entirely with suitably sized plastic containers like those used for fruit (pears. Grapes etc)
@theislandgardeners6615 you could also airlayer some branches & sell the new rooted plants from her too instead of just pruning. But covering in the accessible fruits in fruit bags could work too.

It is a very very large tree, but it worth trying something, maybe I could cut back branches and cover by branch to protect.
