Hello Cole, great video today on all the updates. with your house and farm. It looks like it's a very busy time for you all. Looking forward to your next video Thanks for sharing.
@@SongOfEire I have assisted my father restore our family mansion and the outcome was superior to anything that this can be. I have more experience in this than Cole or Roman will ever know. You have no idea. My father was a true craftsman and cattleman who did both. My family home was built in !869 and retains its original charm inside and out. Not like this former shell of a house.
I am so excited about your yields! It is wonderful see all of the hard work and planning pay off. Also, I read someone else's suggestion about an elevator for the underground room. Great idea. Just build a shaft and when you need the elevator you can install it without having to do any demolition. That's what we did with our very tall house many years ago--when my mother came to live with us, we put in the elevator.
The calibration was just completed. There is no evidence of what the yield is. They do not have a clue at this point. I am learning that just about everyone has an elevator in their house. Amazing.
Please take this well, I like your channel, your videos. When Roman makes content he works with little comment. When you have content you tell in detail what your going to do, then while your doing it you tell us what your doing, then when you’ve done it you tell us what you did. Are you English?
It's amazing all the progress that has happened this year. Things are looking great. Maybe think about a ramp instead of steps to the underground. Will make moving furniture and appliances as well as many other items into the lower levels. Instead of carrying things down steps one can wheel -cart- dolly things in..
a good idea for planning for a big house build is planning for a spot to put an elevator. you might not ever need one, but you might. someone in your family might become wheelchair bound so its good to have an area where you could add on for an elevator if you do ever need one. you can always add it as a tower onto the outside, but planning for it can make it much easier...youd want hallway access on all levels to the same spot (you dont want it to come out into a bedroom or closet), and ideally no windows youd need to cover up. for a house this big that plans to be in your family for a long time, you really should have a designated spot ready for an elevator. it doesnt have to cost you a single penny extra right now tho also adding a dedicated line for power that you can plug into from that spot easily would be a fairly cheap thing you could add that if needed, would save a lot of money on the retrofit.
Cole I am an 81 year retired Navy gent, I suggest that you explore the feasibility of including an elevator maybe along with the stairs. Easier to move things a people between floors.
HOLLY COW, I must have mentioned an elevator 6/7 time & even offered $1,000.00 for Schmoker to come an estimate one. I can't now, had to put a rebuilt Engen in my van.

I have a question: Where are the approved plans to build this extension on the house? It seems like it's not planned very much, plus the inspection needed to proceed after digging footers and pouring concrete. Plus, there is dangerous excavation without slopes or step downs.
Aside from the Combine, and the Magnum 340 that Mini Excavator is the sweetest buy you have made since I have been watching your channel. I loved that old case backhoe, but man that min is a beast.
