incredible series of videos. A shame it isn’t documented by Timex themselves. Your instructions are helping me get the most out of this amazing timepiece!

Obviously these comments are just to exchange opinions, I am the first to be amazed that Timex has launched a watch of this style. The explanatory videos that the colleague made are very good and they helped me a lot to understand the functions of the watch, thank you very much!

At 4:34 the setting shows 10,000 steps. Not 100 steps.
This watch can count to 990,000 steps.
If you keep adjusting down you will see the small digits 00 disappear. That shows the number below 10,000.

Hey man, just wanted to say thank you for doing these videos. Bought this watch at Walmart, it didn't come with a guide, and for some reason I was having a hard time finding the manual for this exact model. You saved me from just leaving it in my sock drawer for the rest of eternity lmao.

Thanks for the nice comment, glad the videos helped. I wanted to let you know I thought mine didn't come with a manual either. However I found if tucked inside of the bottom of the plastic stand that came with the watch. Just wanted to let you know incase you wanted to check yours. The font is so small in the manual, it was pretty much useless to me but none the less I got one. Hope that helps, enjoy your Ironman!

Hello friend, I have the manual, when I get home I'll give it to you. It doesn't say much more than what the friend who posted these videos explains very well and of course, but if you want I'll send it to you, it's a pdf, in English and Spanish.

Hello, how are you? I don't really understand English very much, so it's more comfortable for me to translate the texts. I have the same, I don't understand if the Work Out zones, I mean zones 1- (60-70%) zone 2- (70-80%) and zone 3- (80-90%) are calculated automatically for me Do I set my maximum and minimum heart rate, or do I have to program the zones one by one? I mean if I have to set the maximum and minimum heart rate for zone 1; Same thing with 2 and 3. Sorry for writing to you, what happens is that it's very difficult for me to understand spoken English, I understand something in writing. Thank you very much in advance and I appreciate your comments.
    best regards.-

You can either set the zones yourself or let the watch calculate them for you based on the profile information you entered on the watch. It will use your age, weight, height, etc. and calculate what your heart rate zones should be automatically. Just make sure you have your profile data set correct and your zones should be accurate. Here is a video that will walk you thru this, hope this helps: ua-cam.com/video/-dnnCBXA0mk/v-deo.html

@@WatchJumble Hello good morning, thank you very much for the answer, yes I have already seen all your videos several times. very good and very clear.
What makes me doubt beyond that in the general configuration we put the maximum and minimum limits of heartbeats, from what the manual says, the high heart rate alert is within the "training" section where it is even configured on or off at the alert alarm, I have my doubts and taking into account that the clock to take the shots must be absolutely still, test the pulse in stopwatch or countdown mode.
As a matter of fact and independent of these comments, I am telling you that to swim you have to get out of the pool to be able to achieve the stillness that the watch needs to make the measurement, and it takes much more than 8 or 10 seconds as the manual says. It took me up to 28-30 seconds. inside the pool it is impossible because of the small waves that are generated in it, what is more, I tried to climb the stairs out of the pool and hug myself so as to move as little as possible, and there is no way... it stays Testing, and it does not throw any value, It is not as a criticism of the clock, I simply give you the information so that you take it into account. It would have been good for Timex to handle the sensor with the LED that falls on the wrist, like other brands, it would be accurate and it could be tested by doing the activity without stopping. But hey, Timex will know why it iso that way. I already had 3 Timex and I also had Garmin.
Although this little watch is simple and does the bare minimum, it is a good option, but it would be much more competitive with other brands if the measurements were faster, the brand surprises me since they implemented heart rate monitors in watches a while ago.
But hey, there will be things to improve.
I send you a hug!, Best regards.-

How do you clear the calculated steps?

Hold reset but it only works for the workout mode counter. Can't reset the main daily counter
