*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

Dear Altruists (Kelly & Daniel): I finally found a great workout program for me. I am so grateful to both of you, I've improved a lot with my total health. Soon, I would love to donate a couple dollars to your hard works. You explained every detail for us beginners, amateurs,... to workout properly without hurting our bodies which I think is very vital. You guys are humanitarian... "thank you to your parents, ancestors for you guys are born". You guys are fabulous!

I've loved fitness blender for a long time, but recently have been getting back into these workouts after a bit of hiatus. Right now I'm working out at home, with a small roof and a floor that I DO NOT want to drop Kbell on, really thankful for a workout that didn't have any high pulls of snatches and uses the weight in a slow and controlled motion. Love you two, keep it up, may your love last a thousand lifetimes.

I've checked out a lot of other kettlebell workouts on UA-cam. You two are my favorite. Typical of most working parents, I've got just little snippets of time-- and your workouts fit the bill beautifully. It's really funny when my seven-year-old picks up the five pound weight and joins in for a little while.
    Thanks from Santa Fe, NM.

This is the first time I do a video where the both of you participate together. I enjoyed this one; coming out of a cold, I was looking for a whole body, middle intensity workout and this was perfect. Ready to take a shower and hit the sack now.
    Thank you, guys!

I thought of doing one more of your short workouts after this one but it wasn't necessary, I sweat a lot during just this workout and it worked all my muscles but the cool down really made it so easy to feel rested as soon as I was done. I am adding this workout to my favorites, it's simple but challenging enough!

Out of curiosity... The calorie burn posted is pretty high, but I didn't feel that I worked THAT hard. Granted, my kettlebell is only 15lbs... but most kettlebell routines I tried seem "easy" as compared to other workouts I do (HIIT, running, circuit training) but calorie estimations are through the roof. Hope you can offer an explanation :-) Thanks for all you do, love working out with you guys!

This workout has a high calorie burn because, its resistance and cardio as we are doing momentum mouvement using kettlebell and it s a total body workout, while doing this workout we use a large muscle groups and many muscles upper body the core and the lowerbody at the same time thats why it burns significant amount of calories
You can notice that functional total body strength training workout burns more calories comparing to only upper body strength training or lower body st
