I've checked out a lot of other kettlebell workouts on UA-cam. You two are my favorite. Typical of most working parents, I've got just little snippets of time-- and your workouts fit the bill beautifully. This was great! My husband has very bad knees and stay away from anything that involves jumping so I had him try this and he loved it. He couldn't do lunges but that's ok... Can u put out more videos for people who have bad knees? Thanks

This is harder than I thought... I was looking for a strenght training after 2 days in a row of HIIT and I came to this that looked like nice, relaxing and easy... Well, I absolutely got wrong: Sweated like a mad and all my muscles are sore now! Those rows were killer. Amazing workout :)
Just finished it,Wow that was a killer with 16 kg KB,the only one I couldn't do was the Alternating Lunge with Pass so I just did lunges anyways. Good post FB!

As an almost 52 year old with a bad shoulder that has bothered me a few months, I like that the movements in this workout are slow and controlled. No jerking.
Those Russian twists with my legs up were definitely brutual after all that training but it was a good way to sweat it up right before I go to sleep :) Thank you!
7/25/2018 Completed. The lunges were the hardest part. This was an okay video for an off day, in between lower and upper body strength days. I used the powerblock dumbell as a kettlebell, didn't realize it would work so well!
I am starting doing your work outs and I really like them , i do how ever think that it would be nice to have some background music ! :D I think it will add more hipe to the work out :D thanks
You guys dont know how fucking much i love this channel. Yoou guys provide simple but challenging workouts that i can do at home. I use to be "that person" who would buy p90x and all those extreme shit that i was never able to fufill. I have 5 and 8 pound dumbbells and would like to get a kettle bell. Should I get a 15lbs kettle bell or an adjustable one? What adjustable kettle bell are you using?
Out of curiosity... The calorie burn posted is pretty high, but I didn't feel that I worked THAT hard. Granted, my kettlebell is only 15lbs... but most kettlebell routines I tried seem "easy" as compared to other workouts I do (HIIT, running, circuit training) but calorie estimations are through the roof. Hope you can offer an explanation :-) Thanks for all you do, love working out with you guys!
I felt the same but I think it might be because I used a 17 lbs kettlebell and it didn't feel that exhausting. This time I'm gonna try to do it with my 26 lbs kettlebell through the whole workout!

Would be great if you listed weights. Although I know it's only guidance, sometimes I end up lifting *too* heavy without some kind of idea.
