You are the Only person I know that can take a 5 day project and turn it into a 3 month project and not make any money and somehow still be able to pay your bills. That takes talent.
Going from a swamp to a desert. Nothing will burn too everything will burn. That was one heck of a fire. Nice work with the D3. You said you wished you had someone running a saw. Stop doing that too me. I'm thinking 'here comes CT3 out of the woods.'
Awesome work buddy, site looks great, just about got it done, it's nice when you can burn onsite an not haul it off, thanks for sharing an I look forward to seeing the next video 💪🇺🇲🤙👌✊
You getting better at the dozer on pushing maybe might want to raise the blade up the pile right before you back up then as you back let the rack touch the ground to help cleaning off thanks for the video
Lindsey it's looking good. Glad to see your able to get back in the woods. Something you might want to try when pushing a pile. It helped me a lot. Just before you start to back start raising your blade and push on up on the pile then as you start backing up lower your blade and let the rake touch the ground just enough to drag it about few feet before going back into your push. It will help roll the pile and clear your blade also. But what ever works best for you. And you said you wish you had someone on the saw. I think your ground guy was shanghaied by the no good brother in law of yours. 😂 Be Safe Out There Man.
I've started doing what you said with the blade. It does help push better. Or keep things from coming over the top. I'm more comfortable with it every time I get in it now. There was a lot of pushing on this job lol. I don't know if I'd let my son run a chainsaw. He'll need a few more years on him. Or he'll have to learn behind my back lol
@@smithworx1091 you get more comfortable with the dozer. It would have been nice if you could have had a job just pushing dirt until you got used to it. But sometimes the hard way makes you better. When I first started I asked this old guy how to get better he said you need to keep your ass in the seat 😂. I had to start running the chainsaw at 14yrs old. We had a fireplace and I was the oldest it was my job to make sure the wood was cut, hauled and split. I sure hated running it but that's just how it was.
@Jim Tew Jr 🤣 I've had to sink or swim my whole life. A day or 2 pushing dirt would've been nice lol. When I was a kid I couldn't wait to run a chainsaw. Paw and daddy never would let me. I got old enough to not care and taught myself lol.
Well I thought about that. But these trees are 70 to 80 feet tall. And I'm afraid with more burn piles I wouldn't have enough room to keep away from the fires while working.
Man your putting your tree tops mixed with the tree..pile the tops separate carry the trees over with the excavator as short a distance that is and be done with them and push the tops with dozer..easier to handle. And your grabbing one little tree at a time, seems faster more efficient grab as many at a time is better. Break the trees in half after you carry them to the fire..less to handle. Just my opinion..you know how that goes. Your handling everything 3 different times to get on the fire.

Yes it takes talent. The reason it takes me so long is having to take care of you also.
@@smithworx1091 lol
That poor leaf blower lol. Good video!! I enjoyed it. Glad to see you’re getting it knocked out. Keep up the good work!!
I guess that plastic has good memory. I picked it up a few hours later and could barely tell it had gotten smashed 🤣 thanks brother
@@smithworx1091 that’s awesome.
Clickity clack I love the sound of those dozer tracks...😁
It's a song like no other! 🎶👂

Man I've had so many little fires break out lol. I wish ole CT3 would show up! I'd be glad to run the saw if he would operate the 313 🤣
Great video Lindsey and great job with the clearing . You been rockin an rollin out there.
Appreciate it bro. I way underestimated this one. Lol
Thanks for the video Man like it .
Thanks bro

Appreciate you Derrick! Yeah if I couldn't burn on site, it would be a no go for me
Yup, I'm seeing that! 😂
Awesome watching yours skills improve with each video!!
Appreciate you Tom!

Great job with the root rake
Thanks bro. I really like the rake
Good job buddy. Something you might try that I used to do with my blower. I used a piece of rigid dryer vent.
Thanks brother. I'm gonna look for something like that. Anther guy mentioned that too. I'm sure good ole home depot has something lol
Tring to compare how you clear , with the way letsdig18, does it, stay safe.
He's way better 🤣 I've been watching him for years so I try to model after him.
Getting good with that dozer
It's a lot easier without mud! 🤣
@@smithworx1091 that helps
@@smithworx1091 I’m hoping to upload a video in about an hour. Check it out and see what I’m dealing with.

How you liking the Dozer man? it's pretty damn awesome
I love it. I'm ready to try pushing dirt without the rook rake!
Save time by making more burn piles that way you would have to push the trees to far
Well I thought about that. But these trees are 70 to 80 feet tall. And I'm afraid with more burn piles I wouldn't have enough room to keep away from the fires while working.
Just wondering why u didn’t save some for fire wood?
We don't burn pine for firewood.
Oh sadly. I think pine wood is one of the best sounding burning wood. Lots of cracking and popping. 😊
@michaelhoots1570 yeah it's nice to hear lol.
