You were talking about not using compressed air to blow out air filters. I built a tool to do this. It is a 24 inch one inch steel tube with a screw on cap on one end and an air coupler fitting on other end. from the end with the cap every one inch I drilled an 1/8 inch hole in a straight line. I place the tube inside the filter, the air flows trough these 1/8 inch holes; the compressed air blows out the dirt on the outside of the filter. That way the all the air is not being blown against only one place on the air filter. Never had a hole blasted through the filter, and it cleans the air filters really nice clean. Did not take all that much time to build it.

I think compressed air over a larger surface area like what you've created is not a bad idea. These new cat filters are made different than what we're used to. It's kinda difficult to blow them out really. I think they're trying to make them so you can't clean them out.

Man you got some awesome equipment there. I really like that dozer, got all the fancies!! But I’d be upset about the music. I gotta have the music. It plays in my 289 but it’s a 21. So it may have been before they changed radios. Still feels new but I guess it’s headed to being old news lol. I’d like to see the adjustments of the 313. I know we can change the speed of the 306. It’s so crazy fast. Boss just decided to turn it all the way up and figure out how to run it like that. Thanks for the great videos man!! Keep it up!

Kind of prefer them to the speed of the 306. I don’t use the 306 much so I’m always getting used to it when I do lol.

Cat hands down make the best machines , with that being said every cat machine I have run with def from a 299 skid steer to a 352 excavator , between 1500 and 2000 hours you will have an issue with the def system that the dealer has to fix , not a huge deal all the new machines are that way thanks to our wonderful government telling all of us the earth is melting but with more tax money out of us they can stop it 😂

Oil, grease and filters are inexpensive . Engines and transmissions are not ! If I were to purchase a new machine I would dump the engine way under 100 hrs to remove the machinings from manufacturing.
