Teaching Unconstitutional Policing Tactics

The Office of the State Comptroller investigated a private police training conference held in New Jersey. The conference was held by a private company called Street Cop Training.
Instructors at the conference promoted the use of unconstitutional policing tactics for motor vehicle stops.
