I was really excited about watching and listening to this because of hearing about a story of a family that would sell their house to buy bitcoin. However, even though it was 😮 good, the guest’s sound was TERRIBLE and I couldn’t understand several awesome things she was saying and had to rewind multiple times and still couldn’t understand what she was saying. It was so garbled. There was one thing she said about putting yourself in a certain blah blah kind of environment around smart people and I really wanted to know the adjectives she was using and 20 times I went back and couldn’t pick it up.
The problem with BC is there are so many ways to lose or have stolen. Currently Blackrock is acquiring the BC miners, this has manipulation written all over it. I do have some BC, but I still have so many questions I can’t get answered. As the central banks start their CBDC push, I don’t see how they will compete with BC.

Yes but the diminishing dollar buying power appreciates BTC as well as Real Estate. AND You can't live in or rent out a Bitcoin. AND you especially cannot leverage BTC like you can Real Estate. SO, they both have their utility. BTC gets stronger everyday but its volatility need to diminish substantially before it will be well and comfortably leverageable like Real Estate. It is far too early to sell your house, become a renter and go all in on BTC. hat adds uncertainty to your life you don't need. It is far from being late to BTC especially if the "Smart People" that influence you are right, Like Voss's $2 Million BTC in todays dollars.
Tell this to the people in Lahaina, Maui. Insurance isn’t covering the fires, and their land will be seized. You don’t own your house or land. You lease it from the government. If they want it, they’ll find a way to get it. But they can never take your bitcoin if you hold it properly. And if they kill you then it’s lost forever. Also, look up the price of real estate in bitcoin terms. It goes down over time. Meaning, it’s better to save in bitcoin, because it’s truly scarce. So in the future, they’ll be able to buy a home for less bitcoin then they just got for their current home.
The Government can take your house, they cannot take your Bitcoins. The houses prices are ridiculous and will have to go down soon, Bitcoin is bound to go up to a new ATH.

Look up adoption curves. Technology makes adoption easier. The internet took a while to adopt, but because of the internet, cell phones were adopted faster. And because of cell phones (the internet in your hands), anything after will be adopted faster. These things are scientifically proven, just like how computing power grows exponentially. It doesn’t seem logically possible, but it’s what happens.
