I will say the IA could just be from another language, not someone trying to flip the letters to make it different. In Portuguese for instance it's "inteligência Artificial" it's the same but we do say intelligence before artificial because of grammar and stuff.
In languages like Spanish and French, “AI” becomes “IA” because their grammar places the noun (inteligencia, intelligence) before the adjective (artificial, artificielle)
And here I'am drawing my butt of trying to get Client on Fiverr but get NONE for 4 months from my opening day until I decided to close it all together. I did everything like lower my prices (headshot just 5$) a bit to refresh my page EVERY SINGLE 5 MIN!! I want to get ad fitures but I have zero client to make one! And IA people get it in easy mode!?? I feel like crying again... I know my level not as good as pro artist but still I really hope I get client even just one client 😢😢😢😢😢
I became a vtuber not too long ago and I started with a basic model that my program had, then I was able to find the bat model which I loved and thought was really cute. It was also less than $10, but I also wanted a human type model to have clothes for and do things I couldn't do with my bat model. It took so long to find the right model because so many artists on etsy had AI garbage until I finally found one that was less than a $1 that didn't have AI anywhere in the description. But it's just so frustrating that AI is all over the place and it's something that real artists and their supporters didn't ask for.
what can we do? at this point it's basically a losing battle against the machine. I've personally been struggling to build an online art presence since 2018 or so and I still struggle to get past 100 likes on most of my social media, I barely got commissions last time I opened them, and AI has gotten to the point where the weird small details aren't enough to make people cringe anymore. I'm just hoping for a renessiance in the future where technology is no longer placed on a pedestal above human creativity. Humans tend to be attracted to quick and easy stuff, but eventually they always return to favouring human passion and skill
I agree with this video but I will say that the reason why the letters are flipped (15:16) is likely actually because it's posted by someone who's original language isn't English but maybe Spanish. The Spanish version of Artificial Intelligence is Inteligencia Artificial and it's often abbreviated to IA. Possibly other languages do that too.
Not too long ago I showed some AI 'art' to a friend who is clueless in the world of art and she genuinely couldn't tell it was AI. I had to tell her all the signs of something being AI generated. So yeah, regular people who don't do art absolutely do fall for this. I highly suggest anyone with friends/relatives who aren't familiar with art to tell them about AI art and how to spot it!
At 15:24 when you talk about flipping the letters around: In Spanish and French, they put the noun first and then the adjective. This means AI gets reversed to IA. It could be due to the person's first language being similar to Spanish or French, that they did this.
In one hand, I am glad that these people are at least open about the fact they use AI. In the other hand... why would you pay any of them to do anything for you if most AI generative services are free? Or you can buy them for your own money? If you love the look of these images so much, why have the middle man at all? That is the part that legitimately confuses me. These people aren't doing anything that literally anyone can do by just typing.
Cuando dicen que algún día las AI serán tan buenas haciendo imágenes como una persona, aún no significa nada para mí porque de todas formas no habrá ningún significado en la imagen
JUST saying, fiverr is GIVING SUPPORT to ai users, and even made a public announcement in the form of a video on their twitter account, if even the freaking site doesnt care and incentivizes people using ai in there, it is no longer a place for people with actual tallent to use that shit, i know there aint a lot of better options, but hell if there is ai users with hundreds of clients while TRUE artists constantly are under 10, that just becomes absurd
FYI, Fiverr is ENCOURAGING AI image to be sold there. They're shameless in advertising it too. That's why a lot of artists are migrating from Fiverr to VGen.
All these times i've always felt discouraged to open comissions bc of the oversaturated market in art. Yet these gen-AI users are out there shamelessly putting themselves with high prices
@Inksploded I did make a comment stating my confusion on it being the heading but saying they would draw. I am unsure if that is what people are using to refer to generating ai art. However I was referring to those who choose to hide it in general.
Just as a side note "I can draw anything" is not a red flag itself. Many artists are comfortable drawing a wide range of things, even those who arent ultra highly professional. I personally can too, with minimal exceptions for stuff like complex mecha. If an artist has such a statement, dont see it as a bad thing. Its a great thing. Just be aware and remember how to spot AI.
before i even worry about AI images... I have to feel sorry for anyone who still using fiverr... not only you get scammed as a seller but also as a buyer also fiverr is an Israeli site.... for those who are pro Palestine
I’m kinda early! I’m an AU artist! I was gonna start doing commissions on fiber- but because of the AI I decided not to post coms on there. Hope the AI calms down. :(

Another way to tell is when they draw an already existing character but giving them inaccurate proportions. 5:58 The Mona art has a bigger butt and boobs. Of course, some people do do this but if you are drawing a character you should make the proportions accurate 💔, this is drastic for a character like Mona😭
True, and whats worse is if you are a legit artist starving and desperate for work or to get recognized, you can't help but sit and watch as Ai fartists take your work, and a lot of their clients don't even realize the work delivered to them is Ai. Really sad, and honestly it makes me want to quit art and just do it as a hobby.
I only draw women I started when I was 5 and never thought I would need to draw a man now I am trying to learn to draw man but it's hard it keeps coming out feminine

I desperately want to move from Etsy to vgen. Mostly because of the ai issue. But getting a code feels impossible when you don’t have much of a social media presence
Can we not call it "AI ART" it's an AI IMAGES, not art. Calling it art is just insulting. I'm not saying the youtuber is saying it to be rude or mean in any way. I just wish she would stop.
"I have 1 year of experiance in concept art" first of all you don't lmao, secend of all, 1 year is nothing. I have 6 years of experiance in character design and I still wouldn't say I'm anything special, but you can's have much more then that since generative AI is a new thing and writing prompts into a computer is the only skill you have

Humans tend to be attracted to quick and easy stuff, but eventually they always return to favouring human passion and skill
btw, in spanish "IA" is used. i don't think it changes anything tho. its two letters
"AI has a tendencie" iconic line.
At 15:24 when you talk about flipping the letters around:
In Spanish and French, they put the noun first and then the adjective.
IVE BEEN WAITING FOR SO LONG FOR YOU TALK BOUT IT XD
This sucks, I commissioned art from fivverr back in march by a super talented artist and now shes completely buried under A.I
KAT 40 HOURS IS BASICALLY TWO DAYS 😭🙏
FYI, Fiverr is ENCOURAGING AI image to be sold there. They're shameless in advertising it too. That's why a lot of artists are migrating from Fiverr to VGen.
All these times i've always felt discouraged to open comissions bc of the oversaturated market in art. Yet these gen-AI users are out there shamelessly putting themselves with high prices
in short words take a deep look before buying art.
Not sure why people can't just be honest. People who are aware pay others who are honest to produce ai art anyways so what is the point of lying?
First guy littertly has it in the title I hate ai art too but sayinf hes dishonest isnt true
@Inksploded I did make a comment stating my confusion on it being the heading but saying they would draw. I am unsure if that is what people are using to refer to generating ai art.
However I was referring to those who choose to hide it in general.
At least SOME of them are upfront about it. As much as I hate AI, I can’t give them crap for being honest at least. 😭
8:08 the stockings seems to be based off Mona's alt skin, but yea it still looks like ai
It's quite sad when actual artist offers get over shadowed by ai offers
Amount fiver steals from you on fees making and selling AI art on there is the only way.
before i even worry about AI images...
I have to feel sorry for anyone who still using fiverr... not only you get scammed as a seller but also as a buyer
also fiverr is an Israeli site.... for those who are pro Palestine
i know it doesnt matter in the grand scheme, but mona's outfit in that ai image is actually the alternate version you can get for her ^^
at this point can we make it a where's waldo for art?
I’m kinda early! I’m an AU artist! I was gonna start doing commissions on fiber- but because of the AI I decided not to post coms on there. Hope the AI calms down. :(
are we even surprised
fiverr actively advertises using AI
I'd recommend vgen if you want actual artist made artwork. After the ad video fivver made with the theme of 'no one cares if you use AI' safe to say it's now a safe haven for AI
Hiii, I'm new on your channel, and I just wanted to say that I love you and your channel! You are loved ♥
This gives me the greatest ick imaginable. FIVERR???
Fiverr literally made an ad endorsing AI so it's not unexpected. Shitty, but not unexpected.
14:14 big version of blue girl has no eyebrows
NOO WHY MITSURI AND DAKI WHYYYYYY
These goobers think if they switch the letters around they’d be slick 😂
the mona one, is actually another official outfit? so idk if u compare it to the other outfit u would see less differences
wow, color me surprised. fiverr posts a video (ad? I'm not sure) on Twitter about how "no one cares if you use Ai" and now there's a whole community of Ai users on fiverr
this is an issue on etsy as well
11:28 Dang, somebody did a Mexican drive-by on that cake. RIP.
I can deliver a fully rendered piece in like maximum of 4 hours. (My style is simple with no blending thus I work very fast but no AI)
Another way to tell is when they draw an already existing character but giving them inaccurate proportions. 5:58 The Mona art has a bigger butt and boobs. Of course, some people do do this but if you are drawing a character you should make the proportions accurate 💔, this is drastic for a character like Mona😭
The latest Fivver ad was a loveletter to AI users, OF COURSE theyre all ai users
this makes me want to start comms more and more and put at least im a real person not ai
Real artists out here trying to get work and spend hours making their comms perfect.
AI "artists"- I can make this easily for you
True, and whats worse is if you are a legit artist starving and desperate for work or to get recognized, you can't help but sit and watch as Ai fartists take your work, and a lot of their clients don't even realize the work delivered to them is Ai. Really sad, and honestly it makes me want to quit art and just do it as a hobby.
@@Brxnzee I have seen real artists retweeting AI to themselves without knowing what it is AI. this is sad that even artists too lazy to distinguish
@@Brxnzeethis is so true
I only draw women I started when I was 5 and never thought I would need to draw a man now I am trying to learn to draw man but it's hard it keeps coming out feminine
Me realizing that I am doing REAL art for the same cost... ay...
The stuff with the way AI renders fingers always cracks me up. It's like you mean to tell me you can't hold your own hand up and count to 5?
A bit of suggestion, maybe you should use those fancy cursors so we can see clearly what you're pointing at
I just learn that fake artist trace ai art to make it legit he made it
In all seriousness, what is the ai art style in this video called? I want to find actual artists who draw in a similar style. It’s so pretty and looks more realistic than anime, I just don’t know what to look for because I only see it in ai 😭
I think it's Alice Vu
1:29
I was once messing around with AI bot and generated an image with the same one as the extremem left one lmao
thats why i only comm on vgen :(
1. Legit
2. OMG IS THAT A SHIN TSUKIMI PFP???
I desperately want to move from Etsy to vgen. Mostly because of the ai issue. But getting a code feels impossible when you don’t have much of a social media presence
@@elisafaleschini2404 sure is B) (yttd is my life lol)
@@Tentacl3mommy yea its so hard tbh,, i really just got lucky and someone gifted me one randomly :( may you be lucky soon too
Can we not call it "AI ART" it's an AI IMAGES, not art. Calling it art is just insulting. I'm not saying the youtuber is saying it to be rude or mean in any way. I just wish she would stop.
Hiiiii Kat I love your videos!!!!!
"I have 1 year of experiance in concept art" first of all you don't lmao, secend of all, 1 year is nothing. I have 6 years of experiance in character design and I still wouldn't say I'm anything special, but you can's have much more then that since generative AI is a new thing and writing prompts into a computer is the only skill you have
2:32 you put the frogs too late ...😬
"Old MacDonald had a farm! A-I-A-I-NO!!!"
I was going to use Fiverr a while ago but decided against it. Glad I did.
Hiyaa! This is in no way defending ai art but with the mona art it's probably based on her first non censored outfit! And I'm not saying that it's not ai. That defo looks like ai but i just wanted to point that out!
No wait other way around it could be based on her censored version!
@@biur1z_269 I'm looking at my Mona right now. The drawing looks nothing like the censored version.
youre basically giving them free critique 😅
7:56 Mona has 2 skins so it would be the other skin but still is ai, not defending anybody.
Neither skin looks anything like it.
Nooo not one from NL 😭 We staan we weer goed op, jongens
its commentary with a little webcam at the bottom, and footage in the back.
Can this whole video be done by a.i. soon? and then what?
4:18 mitsuri your more revealing now😔
6:31 OMG DAKI YOUR CLOTHES REPELLANT ..well your always like that anyways
