Many of you may know of the legendary orc that managed to strike a wound on the lord of the legion himself, but what about the things that you didn't know about him? What made Broxigar Saurfang such a honorable and such a loved character? In this video, we will go over all of this.

Broxigar is hands down the most badass character in WoW.
Varian got nothing on Broxigar. Like comparing a cub to a lion. And Varian is the most badass warrior or are time. Still nothing compared to Broxigar.
No but Broxs true strength is that he is a true student of Thrall and maybe one of the few Orcs who are still quite loyal to both him and their roots in it it's practically a druidic shamanism that beat Sarg

@@elijahbutcher9522 Yes Sargeras destroyed Broxigar with little effort. But to be fair he would pretty much destroy everything easily besides a few characters, not to mention he can cleave planets into.

Brox is by far my favorite character. Ferocity and honor of an orc, brains of a Saurfang and the might of warrior. When I read those last pages of the WoTA I cried

And THIS is why I'm pissed that Arms Warriors didn't get the Axe of Cenarius as their artifact weapon. Would have loved to witness Brox's last stand and grabbing the Axe to prevent it from falling into the Legion's hands.

u seem to forget ret paladins got ashbringer, it was wielded by tirion. someone wielding a legendary weapon will not stop blizz from pleasing the fans.

I love that moment when Brox throws himself into the portal and makes a mountain of demon corpses with still so much gusto. For such a well loved character I wish blizzard would do him a far greater justice than some of the very brief cameo's they have put him in. We had the stories of Huln Highmountain but it would have been great to have a scenario dedicated to Brox in Legion.

It would be amazing, to have some sort of Time Caverns dungeon, where you have to fight your way to Brox as he's slaying so many demons. Ultimately, you won't save him, as it would change his future so much, but you do witness his heroism in a cinematic. That'd be epic.

of course they are paladins look at incoming force of demons and pray to the light and enchant themselves with as much of it as they can a warrior sees the same thing and looks down sighs and says fuck it
Broxigar was one of the reasons why I made my Warrior a Orc..
Same with his older brother Varok Saurfang.
Lok'tar Ogar...Really wish Broxigar appeared in WoW as a skeleton in Argus.
Can make some dialogue in which there a lot of demons that died near this corpse.
Can bring the fact that Argus is the main base of operations for the Burning Legion, and we get to see more demons and new ones..
Would like to see Kil'jaedan again in Argus, Some worshippers who are summoning new demons and demonic named generals.
When we go to Argus we can see a giant army of demons at the portal and after we escape we leave to the main Army of the Light base. We do some things, but the Burning Legion is too strong and we have to save the brethren that we had.
Then we see Turalyon and Alleria in the camp. They say the battle is lost here so they have to move their forces and leave the old base to the Legion.
kil'jaeden has already been confirmed for the tomb of sargeras final boss, so you won't see him on argus
But what if you have to chase him to Argus so you can give finally kill him?

They should do that since I liked Kil'jaedan more than Archimonde.

Broxigar gave meaning to "Blood and thunder."
The blood was of the demons he slew,
And the thunder was his battle cry.
It just pains me so much that Orcs and Night Elves hate each other... Cenarius even forgave the orcs...if not for Garrsh...things would have been so much better.
My 2 favorite races from Warcraft 3, it pains me too and sometimes i hate Blizzard for making story going in direction it went

The rebels on Argus witnessed his last stand and they honor him still. You can find a small monument to his greatness in their artifacts...which include one of his shoulder plates.

look at every Brox's artwork, the armor he uses i pretty similar to Warsong's regalia, which in turn is just similar to loads of orcish armor lorewise, they didn't use it as the LEGIT Warsong regalia, just the usual red plates + leather and fur orcish armor we see so many orcs using lorewise, the Orc from MoP's cinematic for example.
One of only two Warriors I respect more than anyone. Second only to Ragtagg

RetroMarineX13 I think Rexxar is awesome. Broxigar and Rexxar are my two candidates for strongest of the Horde.
The moment I read the last quotes from the Sundering I was about to cry. The novel was SO GOOD! Since it was my first novel to read, every other one I read seemed .. empty ... the friendship this novel had, couldn't find it anywhere else...
Brox is perhaps the single greatest character in WOW lore. Embodied the very best of the living with no fear of death. He had honor, respect, courage, selfless service, sincerity, strength and a certain simplistic wisdom that is hard won with age and experience. His story always moves me.
I love Broxigar. I wish we saw more of him in Legion. Great vids as always Krucial, keep up the great work.

He was and still is the definition of badass both in the books and in the game.

What annoys me is thatLegion should have been a carnage, this was the moment for the old trio ( Malfurion/Tyrande/Illidan) to shine in all its power like in Warcraft 3 and yet we waste the expansion for a boring Worgen/Forshaken conflict. Last time the Legion came Furion awaken all of Azeroth's Guardians and lead them to a bloody battle, while now he just sits there while everything burns....so much wasted potential.
well .. we awaken all druids and everyone is fighting the legion so far
and no .. we are not sitting while everything burns
do all suramar quests up to 7.1.5 patch and finish the raids so you can see how much we already did
and more coming soon with tomb of sargeras
+someone I am talking what a legend of Warcraft 3 like Furion is doing, not we as characters....
story telling method changed sure
but that doesn't make him useless or doing nothing
he was the main reason why we defeated the Nightmare forever
this is already a very big achievement

Brox is probably the best character in WoW lore I mean he was only stopped by the strongest titan himself after slaughtering mountains of demons and inflicting a wound on the dark titan himself BROX!!!!
My take on the fact 10 about him being the only one that survived is because he was simply too strong to die by regular demons.
That strength was displayed again when he jumped through the portal and killed mountains of demons until Sargeras had to deal with Brox himself.
In what novel is the discussion between Illdan and Tyrande about their''feelings'' ? I wanna see that :)

I guess, i always had this question in my head
they knew when sargeras tried to pass through the portal and krasus gathered all magic to strike him but he knew that would do absolutely nothing to sargeras but he saw brocigar body impaled on sargeras blade and saw the cut on his leg so he shot the spell into the wound so basically broxigar saved the world
I believe Krassus saw evidence of it happening

broxigar was ready for Legion undergear, just with his ledendary weapon and in lvl 60... and we had to wait 50 levels, overgear and stuff.

You just don't fuck with the Saurfang family.
Brox is a problem cause he messes up the timeline, in the new novels Tyrande remembers Broxigar and even says that they made a statue to honor him. So both Tyrande, Malfurion and Cenarius would remember the Orcs, so Warcraft 3 is no longer cannon.

I was so disappointed and pissed that Arms Warriors didn't get Brox's Axe of Cenarius as an artifact weapon, instead receiving some imaginary Shit'kar the Fuckbreaker. Blizzard just can't let the simple warriors get the most prominent and powerful weapon in the WoW lore, can they?:D But paladins get the full package with an Ashbringer and the Order Hall...

Broxs wish was for at least a long peace and that's mainly because he and illidan and guldan have pretty much seen it all
