@@RandomPlayer02 randy, this person doesn't know siivagunner since the beginning, they just know siiva exists (also why are you watching jerods channel)
Siiva does something different for April fools every year. That’s what they did for the first year. Other years they’ve done things including switching upload schedules with GilvaSunner (they uploaded rips of every song from an OST while Gilva uploaded songs from a bunch of different OSTs), removing Mario from existence, uploading beta rips of their own rips, and more.
@@caltheuntitled8021removing mario from existence wasn't because of april fools. It was because mario 99 went offline and you could no longer buy 3d all-stars
There were some just god-tier rips for April Fools, think my favorite was probably "One Winged Angel but it's in 12/8", starts INCREDIBLY jank but once it comes together its fantastic
Probably my personal favorite April Fools event from SiIva. Second favorite is 2021 when Mario is just missing
I think it's supposed to be poking fun at those "X but Y" song remix videos you see all over the internet

Funny story about that first one, it was apparently poking fun at a reuploaded of another channel that blatently stole one of SiIva's rips without linking to the original video (Underground Theme (Beta Mix) - New Super Mario Bros.), and got tons of views.

Look up SilvaGunner’s Honeyhive Galaxy theme if you haven’t heard it already. It’s originally from a Vinesauce let’s play video of a heavily modded Super Mario Galaxy.
Someone actually did that a long time ago. He didn't play to the actual thing because it's not something he wants to play on cast. The brief bit of it you do hear though made it into one of his highlight compilations, I don't remember which one but it was one of the numbered ones.

Man, I thought Jerod didn't want to do anything with SiivaGunner or the team anymore, guess I was wrong.
He has a love-hate relationship with the world of High Quality rips (SiIva and TTGD for the most part). It's not that he doesn't want to cover them, he's just worried that someone recommended to him a rip with copyrighted music
