    I'm excited to know what you think of this animated format. Should I do more videos like this, and what should they be about?

      Yes you should make more animated videos, topics could be about failure

      I would like more content on evaluating contacts and on deepening connections, amd putting the breaks on connections. Also, can you talk about acquaintances asking too personal questions or uncomfortable, awkward questions? Or people that want responses quickly from text, social media? Or how to create expectations in others minds of what you're willing and not willing to do? So you don't have to feel so much pressure from them for things that you have no intention of doing anyway. Those are a couple of things that come to mind.

      Hi David awesome video! the animation style is fun, but I personally really like the video style where we can see your face and expressions!
      Also, just wanted to say thank you for everything you do here on UA-cam, and with your company! about 2 months ago I decided i wanted to improve my social skills, and your channel was one of the first resources I found! ( i have also subscribed to the daily emails)
      already I have noticed a huge difference in my social skills, and I am starting to enjoy social interactions way more!
      I feel much closer to a lot of my friends too.
      it is very gratifying to look back on a conversation and realize that I have used one of your tips subconsciously!
      The way you explain the evolutionary aspects, and how ones brain functions is super fascinating, and it has inspired my to possibly study this field at University!

      Thanks for this vid on conversation skills! This is so helpful because most vids on thos topic are shallow, non-pratical and shallow. This is so in-depth! God bless you for this breath of fresh air😁

    Helpful video! I like the animated format, it helps to visualize the concepts discussed. Good tips on keeping a conversation going that I can see myself practicing.
    More videos like this would be great! I think a video on how to start conversations with a new person or group would be useful!

      Glad you liked it!. A video on how to start a conversation with a new person sounds like a good idea - taking notes.

    I have a question. Is the timeline method used with the IFR method? Thanks for the content by the way

      For sure, they can be combined, but I recommend that you only try one at a time until it's totally intuitive for you so that you don't just get stuck in your head thinking of which step you're on.

    Don't know why but i believe that talking about things that are around you or stuff that happend feels exhausting to me. I would rather choose to have those 5 minutes with someone where you have short banter and talk about abstract stuff than real life stuff.

    • @socialselfdaily
      @socialselfdaily  2 роки тому +3

      Hi Zohaib! But the video showed you exactly how to do that - how to move into more abstract stuff (architecture and art) by making simple statements about what's around you.
