Mate, I really feel for these kids. I'm from a few gens back before it was a mass problem. But it was still a problem. I know personaly 8 guys dead from 2000 to 2011 between the ages of 20 and 30. I'm not evne that social. I probably have encountered far more people that have died from the juice during that time than I know to be honest. It's not funny. and I see this and all I cna think is death sentence. Especially the ones were their like 15. it's so bad. You're not arnie. You dont have millions and doctors to save you when your heart explodes every 6 months.

Sure, she looks freaky in extreme downlighting with a huge pump, but unlike Sam Sulek et all she looks completely normal, albeit more muscular, in her videos when not posing (and she IS an influencer trying to earn a living with impressive shots after all). And her strength, while really impressive, is nowhere near Larry Wheels kind of levels of enhanced freakyness. AIf you track her progression over the years, she just got more muscular and leaner every single year. Not really the hallmarks of a fake natty overnight sensation if you ask me... Yeah, that's always been what sticks in my craw about those who promote "enhanced" fitness, that it's mostly an illusion built up around the spectacle of size and strength. I've never understood why Sam is so inspirational when the juice does most of the work. He works out a ton, I get that and can respect the dedication; but the juice ultimately enables that. Yeah, eventual recover time becomes on par again with natural building after a certain size is achieved, but if I could do full-bodies every day for two years and suffer no (obvious) downsides, I would also be twice as jacked in half the time.

Just going to weigh in as a former boxer (11 years roughly) now transitioning to MMA.
I recently sparred with a guy who is 70, was in his prime something special and whilst I was going very light and moving he was trying to crack me, I was surprised that despite his age and size he really could still punch pretty hard.
As for Tyson, I expect sadly Jake to beat him soundly but do not be surprised if Tyson is capable of really hurting Jake.
Just thought I'd add some anecdotal experience on the matter

He's big, and could beat the shit out of 53 year old me, but did you see the Tommy Fury bout?
He doesn't know what to do with a boxer in front of him, and we're talking about Tommy Fury, not (an admittedly 57 year old) Mike Tyson.

@ianmacfarlane1241 yeah, not exactly true. I understand you dislike him as do I, but there's no doubt he can fight. He would do pretty well in the heavyweight amateurs. Tommy is bigger, more experienced, and had a really effective jab.

@@ElDarlow My response wasn't really based on my dislike for the guy - I genuinely don't see him as being able to box.
Against Fury his footwork was abysmal, as was his movement - didn't see much of a strategy beyond throwing haymakers and grappling.
He is undeniably a big, strong guy, so has a puncher's chance, but beyond that he will be limited to fighting other influencers and has beens (and I hate even using that term in regard to Tyson).
I hope that the 'fight' doesn't go ahead - if he wants to build up a boxer's resume he'd earn more respect by fighting amateurs, and doing so without the 2 minute rounds and 16oz gloves.
This isn't about earning respect though, it's all about the cash - I'm not going to criticise him for that - if people want to contribute to his wealth, that's their decision.
Again, hopefully this will be moot anyway, and something throws a spanner in the works before this goes ahead.

You really think that she as a powerlifter - a sport were not much money is made - has the resources to fool NADA? I worked in a lab that produced and developed standards for drug tests. And it’s not so easy to fool the labs. Sure, it’s possible. But I doubt it for (most) powerlifters.
