Because of this video I managed to leave my addiction for 21 days and then after that porn addiction I completely left it and moved on and now I am feeling happy that I left this addiction and made my life meaningful and defining my goals everyday .
I'm 42 yrs old now. I've Been a heavy addict since I was 16, 3 years ago, I Lost my wife and daughter because of heavy porn use . the guilt almost killed me, so I said enough and decided to escape from this shithole. I read a ton of books (the only one that changed me was "Befapless" because it had the most realistic steps for quitting), joined communities(like "r/nofap"), and gave it all to quit.
