Naoki Urasawa's Monster (now who the hell is this Urasawa you may asked then here is a quote "Naoki Urasawa is the Best Storyteller of our century - Bong Joon-ho" and for the kind information the antagonist of Monster is the best manipulator ever created existed in fiction till date, obviously in terms of manipulation he is way superior than Light Yagami & Eren Yeager combined, 74 episodes only). 3.
