    Thank you for this dinner idea! I tried this recipe tonight and paired it with braised pork belly and stir fried napa cabbage with carrots. My family scarfed it down. I literally haven’t seen my kids eat this much food in a long time! 😋 Love your other recipes too! 💕

    That looks so yummy! Will definitely try this soon. As a someone starting to learn how to cook, it would be so helpful if you could show the food a bit more. You’re absolutely lovely, but I do wish I could see more of the food doneness throughout and how it’s supposed to look like step by step! 💗

    I love to have scallion oil noodles (蔥油拌麵) in Taiwanese restaurants in HK and when traveling to Taiwan, it tastes so delicious, that the smell of the scallions are strong before, after and when serving.🍜💖

    For as picky as I am, I love your videos just because everything looks so good. This is one of the ones that will be going into a list to consider later. Trying to figure out if this would be something my family might like... mostly because I don't really cook much (I've only ever made boxed stuff) so I'm not sure if I'd be comfortable attempting this on my own without someone showing me. I'd rather have someone more experienced in cooking next to me showing me things to watch for.

      @@angelwongskitchen I made this for lunch today, using fresh scallions from my garden.
      100% recommended. It took a bit longer to get going than suggested, but the taste was great! I'm out of dark soy (just got rid of the last I had a couple of weeks ago) so I substituted a very small amount of oyster sauce.
      Thanks again!

    • @angelwongskitchen
      @angelwongskitchen  2 роки тому +2

      Since it's served over hot noodles, you don't need to reheat the oil/sauce. It's only a small amount you're using so it will heat up when it's mixed with the noodles.
