thk u for showing how to do the binding... i am trying to learn that part so i wud love to see that part slowly wen u are sewing it on ur machine but this was very helpful. I learned a lot so thx apr 24 2023
Does gathering still work, if I hem the bottom first? I feel like it would be easier for me to hem the gathering pieces before attaching them to anything
Beginner here! Thank you for this video. I saw that the pattern stated it needed 60" width fabric. Most fabric I saw online was less than that. Am I misunderstanding?
Hi! If I were lengthening it, I would add inches to the bottom of the main bodice pieces OR to the bottom of the peplum pieces. You could also split the difference and add a bit of length to both bottom edges of main and peplum pieces.
Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏🙏😍😍😍 some parts were a little fast for me because you apply some technics that I didn’t know very well😉But I liked it very much
Thank you for watching! I always appreciate the feedback as well. ❤️

❤️ thank you. Have you tried it yet? This is a top I'm thinking about making again -- maybe tweeking it a little, too.

Thank you for your comment. Yes, that v-neck binding was tricky. :) I'm glad this video helped you -- were you able to finish the neckline?

@@BigDaddy-eu4yy yes, you'll get it! We always learn the most when we conquer a new technique.

Good idea -- hemming the bottom panel first works just fine.

Hi there!! I honestly never look at fabric width! I just figure I need about 1.5-2 yards for tops.
@@Sew-Happy Perfect! Thank you so much.
Great tutorial!!! I need to lengthen mine, but finding that notation on the pattern is impossible! Help!
