I have made the same pair of shorts 3 times and I’m trying not to get discouraged but I don’t know what to do about the waistband facing! The last pair I got the invisible zipper in nicely but the facing is wonky! It’s simplicity 9610

It's beautiful. Both with and without the elastic. Thank you for this video! I'm out of sewing action for 3 months because of shoulder replacement surgery and then we're moving, but Hana is going to be one of my first makes afterwards. I have fabric set aside for a dress and a tank and now I'll have to do some stash shopping to make one with the frill on the shoulders!
