Mine worked fine first three times. Now lid on coffee chamber comes off every time during brewing process. After 4th time cleaning up the mess, I give up. I so wanted this to work!!
Why are they putting ground coffee in without the filter?? Ours gets blocked up in no time. used all different kinds of filter cleaners and none of them shift the blockages. One big downside with this cold brew maker.......... no spare parts!! Only within warranty!! Another hassle is the small lid used to tighten and loosen the coffee grind hopper. Unless you have good grip (so no thought about arthritic folk), it can be a struggle to loosen or tighten. I myself had to come up with, and design to 3d print, a larger grip adapter so it makes it easier to tighten or loosen without damaging the rubber gasket. Now it is so much easier to use!

So sad I went on leaps and bounds to get one imported in Mexico and the coffee chamber upper filter broke at the first use, I fixed it, then lid almost exploded in my kitchen counter and in the 15 mins cycle I can barely make a poor excuse of cold brew really good idea but bad materials and bad product overall this is barely a stage 1 prototype.
Don't buy this. It;s so bad. It leaks excessively and the top flies off with the pressure. I didnt save my receipt from months ago, so they wont help me

How do I make my brew come out that dark?, mine comes out very diluted, but it is strong I will say that, but I want voy to come out dark
Contact the 1-800 number in the troubleshooting part in the manual. Mine stopped working on the third time. Called and they are sending out a new one.
