While that may be true for SOME attractive people, it’s not true for most of them. Most very attractive people have gotten compliments on their looks. Especially during school years growing up.
No way an attractive girl went through middle school/high school/college without a single guy telling her she’s hot/pretty/beautiful, etc.
Same with a guy. 95% of rather attractive guys have been called handsome or cute or hot by girls growing up. This isn’t even up for debate.
Ugly and totally average looking people (like myself) never get compliments from random people, and that’s not a coincidence. Only family members and close friends give us compliments.

I always wondered why a collegue of my, who was also fairly attractive and fit, was so intimidating and almost rude i would say in his interaction with me, whenever his gf was around (she worked close to us and would visit him occasionaly during our work time)...

So all of these are true (even though I don't really feel this way about myself) but I have started to understand that I am above average looking. Only issue is I do have some rosacea/redness on my face which definitely impacts my rating. Regardless though, even though dating apps literally don't matter, I don't get as many matches/likes as I feel like someone who is very attractive should get. Obviously, it depends, but I am pretty fit, I do have nice teeth, I do have good eyebrows, hair, beard, etc and I do get decent likes but not like insane likes.

I think i am an 8.. every one and their mother compliments my look(its kinda opposite from the vid thou i think strangers tend to compliment you while ur frens will suggest ur good looking but not direct compliment), even same gender(guys) , some will stare at me in public, girls will steal glances and laugh/smile with their frens after they notice me.. etc etc.. whenever ii walk pass a couple, the boyfriend will instinctively grab/make physical contact with their gf and gimmie tht nasty look 😂😂😂 its fking funny, i just stay away from trouble thou.
