I tend to watch gardening videos at night when my toddler is having his last bit of milk for the day and he cuddles up with me for a bit to watch. His favorite place in the world is outside so I’m looking forward to having a little gardening helper.

Hi Steve, aww the shout out for the wee one, priceless!
You're right, the kids are the future. I have 2 and one is into gardening but the other isn't. Hey ho, 1 out of 2 isn't bad lol.

That broccoli raab looks really good - really fresh & green! Shows what you can grow at the end of the summer season!

It looks like it bolted. Those yellow flowers mean that the plant is done. Broccoli rabe likes cool weather

Lovely greens Steve. I’m thinking of trying it this year. I never managed to get it in in autumn. Have you ever started it in January?

What are these beautiful "elephant ears" in the left back of the broccoli raab? Is itsome sort of portugese kale? What's it called? Is it winter hardy?

You can transplant Pak Choi successfully? Whenever I read books and seed packets they say direct sow. But this seems risky as pesky slugs ready to munch the seedlings.

Quick question Steve, do you grow Brads atomic tomatoes and if so where do you get the seed?

Most broccoli sprout seeds are raab and are cheap.

It’s bitter because it’s gone to flower. Needs to be picked a bit earlier
